bentley keyboards are NOT overpriced currently. It used to be way overpriced years ago.
maybe because they are no longer the distributor? They are just dealer now for Roland Asia Pacific.
their roland keyboards are priced "slightly" more than U.S online prices.

Malaysia=RM5500(before 7-10% discount)

US = RM8799
Malaysia=RM9800(before 7-10% discount)

US = RM10,000
Malaysia=RM9550(before discount!) - CHEAPER THAN U.S

NOW, compare to prices of Yamaha Keyboards Dealer prices in other shops

Malaysia=RM5500. Now increased to RM6800

woh fatt ya nice price place but bad service
last time i go there to ask for the bass pickup but they threat me like a dumb tell me they don have much stock and din't tell me more info about the pickup.. they lost their business of me which i go to bently damansara music to look for the bass pickup... the technician shah there give me several suggestion and compare each of them and let me knw how he plan to upgrade my bass guitar sound and also let me try the pickup with the bass guitar there how the sound look like.. i talk whole noon with him and just make the decision which pickup i want to go for... that is wat i experience woh fatt just the shop can buy the small accessories...woh fatt sux

and it's before discount.

never got difficulties when come to Woh Fatt...same service level like past 10 years ago...only the big boss (I think)..the old fella sitting and eyeing around the shop like CCTV with his serious face...
aunty,mid aged tech. and other staffs quite helpful...by the way the common key is...talk nicely to them....walk carefully.....watch your shoulder(area tu kan sempit..)..and buat2 pandai atau buat2 bodo...tengok barang pun biar nampak serious...pakai selekeh pun tak de hal punya....
beli barang pun tak banyak pun..pilih...pastu bayar...pastu cari dan pilih lagi....bayar lagi...tak berkenan?....ok je diorang...

by the way...sesapa yg ade bajet nk pakai ori Gibson,kat situ got few les paul....stok lama still ada...price range around 3k - 6k..stok lama les paul mostly model yg ade neck 59(60's nyer model la tu)...vixxen ada,goddess ada,natural double cut(P90 pickups) ada,sg..... stok baru ada la dlm 5-6 bijik...price dlm 11k....gibson parts stok 80-90an still ada kt situ...sesapa nk upgrade to ori parts,datang le ...pickup price kt situ mmg mahal nk mamposs.....pots tak byk stok...brand gotoh dgn alpha plak tu....hampess...satu benda pelik aku baru jumpa kt situ......half bone-half brass nut...18 hengget aku beli....nk try taruk kt strat aku.....ntah meletop ke tak tone gitar tu nanti...stok lama peavey effects pon masih ada...tak pernah la plak tgk ada orang pakai...

kat doremi pun ok........macam2 benda yg kedai lain tak ada dia ada...service pun bagusss...

bentley damansara plak dah jadi adult playground aku.....asal free je mesti aku gi situ...bukan beli pun...testing je lebih...minggu ni sikit...pastu minggu depan plak....staff kt situ pun semua ok...Shah,Hafiz,Andrew(blur memanjang),Bad.....yg lain aku tk kenal sangat(sebab banyak spent beli barang kat situ kut)...buat pengetahuan korang semua...kat damansara tu,diorang lagi suka kalau korang nak test barang2 kat situ sebab diorang leh join sekali...penat gak tu kena berdiri je ...bila layan customer bleh la duduk2 dan join test/belasah sekali effect2/gitar2 yg diorang pun tak sempat nk try....Roland products kt situ mostly setakat tumpang sekaki je letak kat situ,pasal tu diorang tak care sangat...time sale pun mana ada discount...standard 10% ade la kut...

btul sgt la tu bro, mereka tu macam ketagih je, asal ade je customer masuk, mulala dia suruh test, dalam mase yg same derang pun test skali...jeles aku dgn kerjaya mereka yg best tu

I went to Woh Fatt to look for guitar before (beginner) as it was near my workplace. So I walked there during lunch, see not much people, and I asked the auntie at the counter whether they have Yamaha guitar. She said "we don't sell Yamaha, but please look around, lots of other brands". And that's it.

Then some guy came over and asked me what am I looking for. He proceeded to tell me a lot about guitars and stuffs and this and that and what I should be looking for. Seems pretty friendly to me actually.

So I'm guessing you just need to speak to the right person to get the right customer service.
