why torrent <10kbps im using 2mb screamyx

fxcking unifi having problems cant even play lol SEA client that is hosted in singapore random ping spikes when theres only 1 user think this shit is having massive problems in my house but according to "unifi customer service" its all "ok on our end" fffuuuuu

I noticed that TM cap google youtube speed this few months.
Google youtube streaming is almost unplayable except for 240p video. Speed (30-40kbps)
Need to refresh page two times too play the video it smoothly.
How about on an iPhone? With the youtube app, I doubt the video can be refreshed two times, causing video to be unplayable.
I noticed that they cap the youtube speed from 11am to 1am. Come on, who is going to watch youtube in late midnight?
All google related page also suffered the same problem.
WTH is TM capping all the google speed? I am so frustated..

Unifi user here. Encounter slow connection since 11:30am in Subang Jaya area.

Connection to all Google services are super slow e.g. YouTube, Google Maps, Google Drive, etc.
100% confirm it's not Google servers problem because Google is committed with 99.9% uptime.

Connection to Facebook is super slow.

Connection to Lowyat forum is average.

WTF TMNet done with the YouTube CDN servers in their datacentre? BTW YouTube video player sucks big time since 2012 after the new layout update. It doesn't hold up the video cache.

Macai pulled TM's network fibre cables again?

On the other hand, my line is back to normal since 22 Sep.

I'm facing some serious congestion in Kelana Jaya with Unifi Biz since Tuesday.

unifi at keramat got intermittance issue?

I think that TM is disconnecting people who is using torrent as I'm getting multiple DC when I start torrent. Finally I disconnect the PC that is using torrent and there is no more DC. Are you guys having the same issue? Then we would need to use VPN for this case.

youtube download speed max 40kbps, average 35kbps.
I was wondering was it only me being affected by this slowness.

Streamyx and PHONELINE down since 23:25 14 Oct at Bt6, Kuala Terengganu. Reported yesterday. Tough luck to get it fixed because today still a public today in Terengganu.
