Anybody saw TM changing their MyTM website application again? Now the components inside are not working again, and cannot access your bills info or change password. Damn it.

Streamyx almost non-existent, and at best intermittent for the last two days in Kuching. No warning, nothing from TMnet!

Just moved to Klang. Next street has unifi coverage but not yet on my street. Went to TM Point and was told to fill in form to register anyway. Registered since 30 Aug. Just now called TM Unifi Center, ask when will have coverage. The guy say dunno. Ask what other number or people I can talk to, to expedite this. The guy say dunno. Apa pun dunno....
 what can i do to know when they'll have it in my street? |

Suddenly unifi cannot connect to internet since 11:45pm. But iptv and phone is ok. Dem. On hold on the phone since 12am, still can't talk to a human.

dafuq is wrong with unifi these days... load youtube video sometimes hang... and browse website also will hang for a long time after clicking some links...

I think there's something wrong with the connection to some US site. Was downloading something direct from a US site, crap speed.
Tried using a VPN to Europe server, now the speed is max. |
