will do once i finished my downloads. but usually the speed reaches 1MB/s somewhere around that. upload around 60KB/s. rushing to complete the download atm since the connection goes down again after i posted the last post.

notice that 12:45am 14th July time. My streamyx 8mb line offline for 5 min. After resume, the port downstream change from 10Mb to 8096 (this is not even 8Mb, as 8Mb is 8192)

Is it only me or unifi is really slow now ?

called them, they said wait for another 48 hr then call again for pwd reset.

even facebook/twitter pwd reset took less than 10 minutes.

I subscribed to Streamyx 4MB since last year, RM140. However since May 2013 till now, TM just charged me RM88.

The description on the bill is:
Streamyx G.Lite Home Basic RM88 (Up Selling Promo) (28/05/13 - 27/06/13)

What is "Up Selling Promo"??

I can login just fine..

So what if can login, there is no way to view the detailed bills. Same thing with MyTM web site.
Have to email them to get the bill softcopy until the upgrade exercise is over (which is damn long already)

I think this is a case of chicken-duck-talk. Let me explain again...

I am ranting on the unavailability of bill history (due to system upgrade for a long time now) for phone line and Streamyx; previously allowing bill downloads in pdf form.
TMOnline is gone now replaced by MyTM. MyTM currently only has the bill payment facility. (showing just the bill amount and no detail bill).
If you're a UniFi user, you can still get the bill via email or download from occ.unifi.my

streamyx is being b****y with youtube and other video streaming site, had to reload page several time before it finally smooth again.

my streamyx is having terrible speed when connecting to US server lately.... . Youtube also need to be reloaded few times to get optimal speed.
