Wow how many times a year must the cable have problems? This is becoming a joke. I don't recall Aussie and Sg ISPs having that many cable breakdowns in a single year, let alone having 2 breakdowns within a single quarter.

Celcom Broadband
Subscribed to Celcom 3G Broadband Weekly cause migrating my streamyx to new house. They minus rm20 from my Xpac. 1st day of 3G usage minus my balance to RM0.06 from RM110++ Complaint made. After 2 weeks still no result. Call helpine they say still under investigation... Finally after about 3 weeks of investigation, i got my airtime back with 5 days added validity. It still does its job anyway. Streamyx Used to call 1300889515 for help everytime line got problem. Held me up for more than 20mins everytime i call. Hope they changed it to 1800889515 instead. Found out you can call 100 and connect to streamyx helpline. Calling from celcom to 100 now got charge RM1.00 AFAIK(correct me if i'm wrong). Just registered with celcom bb D68 package yesterday hoping to get better speed playing online games compared to my previous digi edge. Dissapointed because each time connection got rejected. Its as if celcom blocks the game server port or something. Really dissapointed and angry. I tried using my digi edge sim on the usb stick....guess what? My online game works!

Guys this is just my two sen worth la..
streamyx is no longer with tmnet its already been two years if i'm not mistaken that it's gone to tm..hence emails to tmnet is not reaching the correct channel. i also sent alot of complaints to ceo@tmnet until found out they are no longer doing streamyx as it has been transferred to tm.. |

I can't connect to the Internet again (I'm posting this from Old Town @ AEON Bukit Indah). I'm getting good ol' Error 678, though it was working fine this morning around 9 AM. And I'm in the middle of registering modules for uni ... CRAP.
I hope this is just a short-term fluke thing, and not another repeat of April where I couldn't connect at all for two weeks. |

I was playing Shin Megami Tensei Imagine Online past 2 days, I was like going for dungeon questing with my clan mates.
And guess what, the spikes and delays was out of sudden so bad and my screen sorta stuck and after that stopped there for 2 minutes and then bam, I died on the floor, lost so much much EXP !!!!!!!!!! It's so damm hard to level in that damm game. I think the best solution for me to move out of Malaysia as long as BN is still in ruling. Nothing will be good. And as reminder, Celcom Broadband is also part of TM company..... So I don't think there should be any difference. |

I submitted my relocation form at nearest tm point where is titiwangsa tm point, a guy name RIDZHUAN was the one who handle my case. he told me I need to wait 6 days for telephone line to new house and another 3 days after my confirmation for the activation of my streamyx in my new place. I went to tm point on last monday, 3rd august 2009, yesterday i called them, because i supposed to get a call from TM but they didn't contact me so they made a report to check what is status. TO CHECK THE STATUS NEED 24 hours? it's ok, i understand that is not from their department and it is consider very efficient for them to work within 24 hours. I am still unable to connect to the Internet. It's been a week already, FFS! The reason for this downtime is apparently some problem with the wireless base, which has apparently been fixed since yesterday, but as the first sentence suggests, I still can't connect.
