Subscribed to Celcom 3G Broadband Weekly cause migrating my streamyx to new house. They minus rm20 from my Xpac.
1st day of 3G usage minus my balance to RM0.06 from RM110++
Complaint made. After 2 weeks still no result. Call helpine they say still under investigation...
Finally after about 3 weeks of investigation, i got my airtime back with 5 days added validity. It still does its job anyway.
Streamyx
Used to call 1300889515 for help everytime line got problem. Held me up for more than 20mins everytime i call. Hope they changed it to 1800889515 instead.
Found out you can call 100 and connect to streamyx helpline. Calling from celcom to 100 now got charge RM1.00 AFAIK(correct me if i'm wrong).
Anyone can tell me wether it is still free to call 100 (then connect to streamyx helpline) from local fixed line?
