I submitted my relocation form at nearest tm point where is titiwangsa tm point, a guy name RIDZHUAN was the one who handle my case. he told me I need to wait 6 days for telephone line to new house and another 3 days after my confirmation for the activation of my streamyx in my new place.
I went to tm point on last monday, 3rd august 2009, yesterday i called them, because i supposed to get a call from TM but they didn't contact me so they made a report to check what is status. TO CHECK THE STATUS NEED 24 hours? it's ok, i understand that is not from their department and it is consider very efficient for them to work within 24 hours.

today, 11 august 2009, a lady name SHAM called me,
SHAM: " im sorry mr, you have to visit tm point again. "
me: " why? "
sham: because from here it showing that tm point from titiwangsa DID NOT submit any permission for us to relocate your connection, therefore you have to walk-in and submit the form again.
me: WHAT THE ****? then what TM doing in last 7 days? drinking teh tarik at mamak ? do you know that my line has been cut off yesterday? and I still paying for it EVERYDAY?
sham: im sorry for the inconvenience caused, you have to walk in to our nearest tm point, that's all I can tell u to do so.
me: why not you give me their number so i can call them, it would be a waste of time if i go there again. not everyone is free tom walk-in tm point. furthermore, it's the staff from tm point fault.
sham: im sorry, you have to walk in to our nearest tm point and complain about it.
me: no, i think i better complain to government consumer rights department.
sham: ....im sorry, you still have to walk in to our nearest tm point to make the progress because this is only can be go on with customer walk-in to tm point.
me: enough of your blah blah nearest tm point, by doing a work need to push around, do you call this professional customer service?! look, i even have a copy of that person photostat "view insert orders in SAMS for T-in work order" where it have dates that I submitted my form and status show " OK ".

What kind of freaking service is this? tm failed is failed. no matter how hard they try to improve their quality connection, they still failed their customer trust and even failed in improving quality connection. now, i have to walk in tm point tomorrow morning. waste my $, waste my petrol, waste my time. and in the end I still need to pay the connection fees and everything. AS IF IM FEEDING RUBBISH by paying them and their staff are wasting resources.
anyone know who i should refer to complain about this particular staff? RIDZHUAN. oh yea, he is gay. talk like a fag
