tmnet is failed as a ISP~ Streamyx is only the best when it first rolled out! After that... failed till now

ahhh , i tot i'm the only person having slow connections
well my story goes like this ,

i made a report early last week i think it was 22 Aug, claiming my slow connection, well i was promised the 48 hours blah blah, my connection still shitty, btw shitty mean < 56k of speed

on thur's i still dont seem to have any clue on the issue and its slow, nicely i called back and the person told me the report was closed, how nice ~ he added that someone called me and i agreed to closed the call. when i asked for a proof or recording, now he's telling me oh I DONT KNOW, fine , i loadged another report, amazingly in ard 6 days, they have a gap of ard 1.8 million report !! damn they must be busy.

well on sunday i felt the speed it faster somehow they capped my conection, but it disconnects !! well i had an appontment today , so i decided to call and update my case , nicely the lady told me , what report , i dont see any report , i asked her to check , she said its been closed !!

ahhh , i felt sooo good, when asked kenapa ? she nicely told me takde sebab kenapa ia ditutup . wah .. do you know how i felt ? oh my i thinki can really strangle her, when i probe further, she said my phone line is suspended ( am not sure didn't check yet ) but i still asked her , why is my report close, she told me oh , coz of your suspended line the report is automatically closed and nicely hung up my call without asking anything wow i felt so much better after the call ....

so is it gonna be P1, Digi Or ....

anyone have problem logging into hotmail ?

Just now i bump 1 of the telekom contractor who major in fixing new lines. I ask him why my line slow?
He ask me what package i subscribe?
I told him Rm66.
Then i ask him, is there anyway to make my line faster. I told him like changing lines? He say, my line seem new, if there is problem with my telephone line, my streamyx will cut off, it will not slow down your internet.

That is what he told me.

My friend told me of this official government website.

If you have an official complaint against your telco, internet provider etc
- maybe overbilling
-maybe slow internet speed
- poor reception, dropped calls
etc

Then go to www.cfm.org.my

Register and make an official complaint.

lucky u. my DSL led kept on blinking since raya. called them and being told to follow rubbish procedure. check again today, yield no result. have to go to local free wifi to browse and etc. sigh.

i always got 115 ip.... i dont know since when, but last time i can get many ip range... now 115 only.... whyyyyyyy!!!!

yea... i also get 115 ip... sumtimes can get 124 ip... both are shit ips... i used to get 60.48-60.50... now im getting shit stuff... this is really really bad stuff... haihz... fail...

Well my main problem now is the slow connection to all China website.
It is impossible to access to any China website actually.
U try to reload and reload and reload and....nothing.....
I don't think any other ISP provider got this issue but only TM.
I complaint to the TM and they told me is the problem of China side.
What to do?

what the hell man, noob streamyx, earlier this morning, my conection quite smooth. Only when evening around 4 something, everything gets screwed up.

My problem is the high ping. Morning time still okay. Evening time everyone ping in flying spaghetti monster ranges from 400-600. I went to speedtest.net and it says my ping is 400, download speed = 50kbps

Around 7pm. Connection begin to suck, ping goes up to 200ms +, downloading slow.

Its like they are diverting our connection to a slower router or something.

I feel a sudden crawl in my connection man.. Takes ages to load up a webpage.

Same here. Upload speed sucks. Even HTTP requests to most of the sites is never sent. Download speed is almost acceptable for me yet.

It started yesterday evening.
