Lol looks like losing weight compromise of time management too. I am doing my final year project, i have terrible time management too, that's why i am never really good at my studies, somehow i managed at the borderline only.

@wiki-san you smoked before? I am not a smoker, in fact i hate smoker ( sorry smoker) but my father is a chain smoker which means I am a hardcore second hand smoker =(. I cant imagine the later days when i work and if all my colleagues smokes how to make my lungs dirt free..
I seldom get sick compared to last time, but if i felt sick now i would eat really a lot now, somehow i dont know where I got the appetite from, but i just keep eating and drinking water, surprisingly it recovers after a day or two.
I just weight myself just now, but that was after i swim, seems like lost a kg or two, but cant be too sure, cant see clearly from standing position, it's a analogue weighting machine.
I see a lot of engineers here xD, me another one in near future

BTW is spaghetti simple carbohydrate too? I cant think of much replacement to noodles and rice beside wholemeal bread, it's getting boring soon if i eat the same thing over and over again. any other suggestion?

I am not wiki-san but i will try to answer from my shallow pool of knowledge, fats should be more your body's energy storage, meaning it acts as a reservoir of energy. It releases twice as much energy compare to carbohydrates and protein(not sure bout this).
Your body tend to rely on immediate energy source when it requires, the simplest form of obtaining instant energy is through carbohydrates. When it run out of source from carbohydrates then only it will straight pulling out from the reservoir - fats.
For the 15mins thingy, i am not too sure. Wait wiki-san to clarrified on it xD
@clark thanks for the link but i have read it before edi. Speaking of McD, i dont quite like to eat them but they are damn convenient with their drive through service. I used to eat it quite often because it's the only food you can buy along MRR2 and eat when you drive lol
hehe thanks tengster i will try to look out for it, spaghetti yum yum strangely i like to eat it in Chinese cooking style, mee soup xD. hate pasta sauce.

Sing K burn throat xD, i wanna sing too, but by taking vocal class, maybe someday.
I dropped all my free weight training, no more push ups, sit ups, crunch etc.
Experimenting with something, currently making my whole waist blue black now.. Let you all know the result next time
On the running is bad for joint, i heard it from my mom too, she stopped jogging completely and only do walking for a short duration.

lolx, that seems like my final week of final exams.
i have no access to measure %BF
seriously after i start being a bit conscious with food, i cant find anything to eat in a coffee shop to eat. I just went there with my friend, came back eat 1 or 2 dimsum only.
btw, anyone here drink lemon mixed with water? I find that it help to prevent tiredness for me, even better than coffee ( coffee never helps)

how much exercise is actually enough? must you always push to the limit that you feel sore the next day? I been playing badminton 1 hour just now, besides sweating (*)*#&%)#% weather) i dont feel anything, didn't play much, too much rest

my shirt is damn wet from the heat of the indoor stadium, i dont have much kaki to play le, lol

Badminton you have find someone near your competency which is not easy, someone too far inferior would make you sleep, someone too superior would make you watch the shuttlecock drop in front or behind you.
There is someone more than commitment you force yourself into, sometimes getting fun and excitement make you further by a lot more.

what is wholemeal actually? does wheat simply means whole meal? unprocessed wheat? What is the differences between unpolished rice and white rice in the point of view of nutrition?
