i used to play barefoot on basketball court (concrete ground) when i was still young (primary school days) everyday, my skin didn't peel off can i can run like others too. But after i stopped for a few years and continue, now i cant do anything barefoot as my skin might peel off. i dont have any specific shoe for specific purpose, i use a nike free, it's comfortable but provides no support at all to your feet. I am feeling the ache now after swimming 1km with 3 pack of white rice, i tried swim free style at first but cant even make it a lap initially (have not swim for like 2 years lol) after few more laps i manage to finish a lap with freestyle but with all wrong pose. i use breast stroke as resting in between. And it's odd to swim back stroke as it's difficult to see forward summore doing it in a crowded public pool. My house's pepper are bought from sarawak by my relative, i am born in Sabah in fact but grown up in KL. It is in seed form and need to punch it to powder, my sister is a pepper lover, when she cook i always complain. Your brinjal looks great but i dont take brinjal, only exceptionally once which my grandma plant herself which taste so great, those bought from the market, yucks.. > < @richard I'm from KL chears BTW, how to reduce stretch mark? also thinking what elses i can add to my salad on next time, so far thought of onion ring, lettuce, purple cabbage, celeri. Thought of adding some nuts too Any other dressing? p/s found this site http://nutrition.about.com/od/healthymainm.../mmm_salads.htmThis post has been edited by Sky.Live: Apr 11 2009, 06:41 PM

Family dinner with my relative from Sabah. Curry Fish head + sour rip pork + pineapple +belacan long bean ( the thinner species) + aluminum foiled chicken.
I am only taking curry and the pork most of the time since i dont really like the bean and totally hate that chicken.
@Syd G very nice meal, i like the color xD
Lark is abused (Read:abused) in most chinese hawker stall in KL, once i order a Hokkien Mee, picking up so much "peanuts" (fried lark cube) on it, make me feel like vomiting..
BTW on the pepper, i can only accept trace amount of pepper, when i order outside i always remind them not to put pepper at all. My sister not that hardcore since she know i dont like it but she still put it anyway.

Less than 15 a’s: You are a slow or medium oxidizer of carbohydrates. You do not need to restrict carbohydrates, but you may still feel better with less refined flour and sugar. You will do well with lighter proteins like fish and goat cheese. i got 8As but some of the question i dont really understand such as 28. Are your pupils? 26. Do you react badly to insect bites? 21. Do you have a problem with dandruff? I used to have but no longer, does it count? The question asked dont seems to project towards asian diet. You know what? the word kompiang strikes me, i just came back from a late class reached home, the first thing i saw on the table - kompiang, so my dominant right hand naturally try to grab it but my left hand somehow slapped my right hand to stop it. (angel vs demon situation)
If you know what kompiang is made of you must know you should avoid at all cost, it's FLOURRRRR, + Larkkk + More pig's fattest possible part inside.
Yes, i have a few vegetarian friend, they always bring their own food, it taste so good that sometimes if he has extra we will steal it and eat xD.
If you are given a chance, join in food preparation process you should have a clear picture what is the good and the bad. Note: my house's cooking has 'zero' sugar. Maybe it's just me, food with sugar taste AWFUL, happens to visit Taiwan years ago and those heavily advertised food by Jacky Woo aint my taste at all, all taste so sweet.
Added on April 14, 2009, 12:41 amFor the bread spread, you might opt for cheese, slice for lazy one. Bake them = omg
Butter + kaya = well kaya = sugar + sugar + more sugar, witness the process of making it, almost faint. I only take butter, anti margerine, you can mix with peanut butter too, quite fattening too.
I ate mostly without spread nowadays, putting eggs, meats and vegetable on it, makes it looks nice and certainly taste nice. Note sure about tuna, wanted to try someday. Goose liver, those bought from Europe were finished, not sure bout the label and calories, since it is internal organs should have high fats.
My mom homemade a pineapple jam too, certainly jam without some addictive dont taste as good as those you bought in the supermarket, not sure what she didn't put, but i like the texture of the jam and not so sweet like commercial one

QUOTE(tengster @ Apr 14 2009, 05:06 PM) sky - you swim in Bandar TUnRazak arhhhhh....not that I am stalking you but I am deciding to send my kid to there as well...just that logistic and commitment of driver needs to be sorted out.... apa nama itu club? It's a very nice place to swim. Even better than 99% of clubs, condos swimming pool, just that the depth is only like 1.6m. It used to be very lousy with dirty water, i think they changed the management there already. It's also good thing to be in swallow pool, when i swim in very deep pool the psychological factor come in that if i got cramp and drown. Why not learned with your kid, unless you are already a pro xD. I drive like 15 ~ 20mins all the way from hussein onn, if you know where it is xD p/s i saw also a big group class of small children learning just now, the coach seems very fun them This post has been edited by Sky.Live: Apr 14 2009, 05:22 PM
