I still find High 5's bread taste better than Gardenia.
@sasha,
maybe you can try muesli instead, taste much better and much more expensive.

There are many types of Margarine, I have no idea which type of margarine they are using . The newer version have zero trans fat, even typical normal butter contain certain % of trans fat too.

non-hydrogenated margarine.. @ClarkFann My mom discourage from taking margarine, we are taking pure imported butter, sometimes with cheese slice, or jam |

QUOTE(g3rbera @ May 13 2009, 05:14 PM) Is it? seems very much achievable with your current routineI only target to lose 2 kg in 4 weeks i think its posibble right? this is my 1st week right now i only jog/walk around 40minutes daily my diets breakfast : 2 slice of wholemeal bread with low fat cheese + 1 cup of instant coffe no sugar lunch : eco brown rice / normal rice - fish+ vege/chicken + vege dinner : 2 slice of bread + 1 cup of instant milo (before 9pm) i drink a lot of plain water. i dont eat between meals . So far i never feel too hungry. I drink Herbalife Tea too ( to boost up metabolisme-dont know wether it work or not) So ..with my exercise + diet is it posibble for me to reach my target = 2kgs in 4 weeks? good luck and all the best |

I find out that I dont stick to one kind of exercise, I do biking, running, swimming, badminton, basketball which ever I have the opportunity to involve in.
There is never a chance that you get bored of it and it works for me, not sure for people around you there. I am not the kind of people which like to stay in the same environment, eg: gym over and over again. The exercise which i cannot miss everyday is stretching, which doesn't require a rest day and you must really keep it up everyday else you might loose your flexibility. 90% of my stretching were static and some little basic yoga moves which my mother taught me, it feels really good and believe or not the sweat is terrible, dripping none stop. |

I accidentally overstretch my muscle while doing This Stretch yesterday
Now it's feeling a bit painful when I tried to stretch again.. so is there any advice? stop stretching until it recovers? |

I think the diet pattern we should practice is something we can do throughout the year and not just during certain period. Cheat meal as you know are unavoidable and I think it's good you take consideration to account it into your weekly planning too.
On the other hand I cant possibly eat every meal healthy and at home too, especially once you are eating outside, chance you are eating unhealthy = 95% or more. Added on May 21, 2009, 6:58 pm QUOTE(g3rbera @ May 21 2009, 03:43 PM) my ideal weight is between 56-52kg where did you get your test done?but last year when i check at fitness centre my weight should be around 51-52kg I attached copy of the result can open or not? Are you male or female? I heard that ideal body fat% aint the same for both gender This post has been edited by Sky.Live: May 21 2009, 06:58 PM |

QUOTE(Syd G @ May 28 2009, 01:26 AM) presario9, choice is really limited indeed, I would go for best option I can find. Most of the time is better than nothingdo you know that they bleach wheat to make it look white using the same chemical that we use to bleach our clothes (chlorine) or use as acne medication (benzoyl peroxide). I'd stay far away from white breads, white flour (eventho I love love love love Auntie Anne's pretzels richard3200, What brand of peanut butter do you use? Can list down the ingredients? seems like my scale is faulty, I weight again today it's 106, it was 109 yesterday, 3kg differences overnight?? |
