I have not taste roti canai for the past 3 months.

I am trying to commit myself to do
3x swimming per week
2x cycling per week
1x running/jogging per week

stretching on daily basis, even I am not doing any exercise on the day, I would do stretching as minimum basis, my stretching would be a bit long, near an hour, taking my own sweet time to rest in between. Always warm up before stretching, either bike a few rounds around my neighborhood, rope skipping or hula hoop.

Been doing for the past month, seems so far so good

U look really skinny in the picture already, I think you should firm up maintain your weight instead..

Hey there, yesterday was too exhausted to hang out here, did swimming 1hr+ then at night 1hrs basketball, back home straight collapsed to my bed and had a good 9 hours sleep (10-7), today whole body is still aching and had to take a day off rest, anyway donating blood too.

Something happened today, the scale at the blood donation counter was faulty, everyone who is being weight is lighter than the actual, I wish that the scale is accurate as it show 100kg (instead of 105kg of what I am now).

Aiming to be 100kg by July, nowadays my body weight fluctuate from week to week, around the 105kg range.

on Apr 3rd I posted here and started my journey here, I sense something wrong with my body weight now and needed a change, with my current body weight of 105+ -, it seems I am losing too much weight?

I took a 2 days off the exercise routine, will resume it tomorrow, since Uni starts again, it's hard to eat healthy again, I would just stare at what my friends are eating

I dont think losing weight involve spending a lot, after all you can improvise a lot with what you have existing and no need to purchase extra equipment for workout.

For the food wise, eating healthier doesn't equal to eating more expensively, the crap (like McD, KFC, fries etcs) aint cheap anyways, when you start cutting down on the craps, and you eat real food, you will realise there aint much differences anyway.

In the longer run, you are saving more for avoiding consultation with the doctor because your body are healthier now, you dont have to do bypass operation, and live with medication everyday.

Think about it.

I am really grateful this is the place which initiate my everything, thank you especially myremi, I still remember how naive the first day I posted here. Thanks all for letting me learning a lot

How is everyone? Casual poster has been disappeared lately.

I'm still the same, maintaining the weight since last month, seems a bit too busy for vigorous cutting, eating a lot of crap lately, shall resume by september, I thought there should be another challenge going on this month or something?
