2x cycling per week
1x running/jogging per week
stretching on daily basis, even I am not doing any exercise on the day, I would do stretching as minimum basis, my stretching would be a bit long, near an hour, taking my own sweet time to rest in between. Always warm up before stretching, either bike a few rounds around my neighborhood, rope skipping or hula hoop.
Been doing for the past month, seems so far so good
