Seems like megaupload, hotfile, rapidshare speed is back to normal (for now atleast). Genuinely impress but hold on, there another "maintenance" soon so.. I guess its too early to tell (even if the maintenance is not broadband related, who are we kidding, its the same thing).

Although its really unstable (from 128 KB/s to 20 KB/s back and forth) so thats kinda shitty but still, better than 5 KB IMO.
MU speed back to utter shit after trying to download another file.

mine also ip 115.13X.x.x but speed is too stable for me (surfing,download). We will see how about that tonight.

Comparison download speed:

IP 60.48 (last week)
Mediafire - 80kb/s - 120kb/s
Megaupload - 90kb/s - 140kb/s
Rapidshare - 19kb/s - 25kb/s (capped, I think)


IP 115.135 (now stuck 4ever)
Mediadire - <10kb/s
Megaupload - <5kb/s (sometime causes download errors and halt.)
Rapidshare - <10kb/s

This proves that IP 115.13x is BAAAAAAAAAD!! TMNutz wanna MAKE US SUFFER!!

Lower than 130ms is normal for me.
