If you're using a router, go to your router home page and change from option from get "Automatic DNS" to "Use these DNS servers" -- each router is different, but you should be able to find something similar.

Comparison download speed:

IP 60.48 (last week)
Mediafire - 80kb/s - 120kb/s
Megaupload - 90kb/s - 140kb/s
Rapidshare - 19kb/s - 25kb/s (capped, I think)


IP 115.135 (now stuck 4ever)
Mediadire - <10kb/s
Megaupload - <5kb/s (sometime causes download errors and halt.)
Rapidshare - <10kb/s

This proves that IP 115.13x is BAAAAAAAAAD!! TMNutz wanna MAKE US SUFFER!!

IP 115.135.xx.xx, BT Speed Over 140kb/s? I must be dreaming.
Maybe TMNutz turned off the throttling device while core upgrade still in progess.
