I have no idea why my connection seems to be unaffected by the recent maintainance. I am using the combo(384kbps) package and currently on IP 60.54.*.
ping google.com getting ~180ms ping 202.188.0.133 getting ~15ms utorrent v1.8.3(fully UTP, transp_disposition=10) is getting near 40kBps by average. |

just tested (KL Server):
