Lets pray that all this time of bad quality internet was just a really really really horrible dream and when we all wake up tomorrow it will be internet surfer/online gamer paradise

the 2nd nationwide tmnet downtime is starting in 20 mins... from the announcement it seems that the upgrade are for them to install more apps, perhaps they mean bandwidth controlling apps like higher-end BT throttling?

Changed to my 1mbps account and went back to 115.X.X.X ip but speed improved.
