It's missed call alert or voicemail or both
*
I've cancelled voicemail, so it has to be missed call alert. Thanks.

BTW, last time my phone could ring for a full minute without voicemail, now it just cuts to the "The number you have dialled is not available" after 20 seconds. Any ways to make it ring longer? 20 seconds not quite enough sometimes...

hi all,

I am using Digi Prepaid under the Beyond plan. I hardly used my digi number. Now mostly just for SMS. I dont have any friends or family using Digi either.
Need to ask these -

1. What prepaid plans are available now? I check the Digi site but found one only simply named Digi Prepaid
2. Which plan is right for me base on the above about my usage

Thanks in advance icon_question.gif

The 20 seconds are default for missed call alert. You can lengthen a little (30 seconds) by calling to DiGi CS. I am happy with 20 seconds; what are the chances of me picking up if I don't pick up in 20 seconds. I don't like my phone to keep ringing.

vikingw2k, jz now i went to Digi Specialized Store and i successful to subscribe Data Basic plan with RM6 per month, thanks for you help.. ;-)

I did mine through the ocs and using the chat function. Very professional and very very fast. At the very same time, i also disabled the annoying voicemail function of all my 4 lines and also signed in for paperless bill for all the accounts as well.

I'd say that digi's ocs and their staff is still the best among other telcos thumbup.gif

Thanks a lot, you've been great help. Scenarios where I wish it would ring longer:
1) I'm coming back from the washroom and my phone is ringing on my desk and it's almost in my grasp....! then it stopped
2) when I'm outdoors and it's noisy, sometimes I don't notice my phone ringing... ringing longer would help

but sometimes in the meeting, you want to ignore your phone call and it keeps ringing/vibrating...
