Hi, anynone out there can help to answer my doubts?

Currently, I am using DG50, with 2 DG postpaid Family Unlimited supplementary plan under my account. (Note that all 3 mobile numbers here are actually billed under same account number)

I am interested in the new DG Family Prepaid Plan.

1. Am I able to change my 2 supplementary numbers from Family pospaid --> family prepaid plan? (I need to retain the same number) (Please advise on the proper steps)

2. If I make changes to the 2 supplementary numbers, will it affect my current bonus point?

3. The monthly commitment for prepaid plan is RM15, meaning that RM15 will be reload to prepaid plan every month,which follow my principal billing cycle. This RM15 valid for 1 month, meaning to say if I am not able to finish RM15 the remaining value can be brought forward to next month. Example, this month I used only RM8. So on beginning of next month, I will have RM8 + RM15 (next month commitment) =RM23 in my account.
(Please correct this statement if there is any mistake)

4. The prepaid family plan do NOT have FnF, but they can still enjoy Birthday Bonus and Reload Bonus if they perform extra reload by themselves (extra reload = reload other than the monthly commitment fee)

yes... it will deduct ur freebies credits... but u better check wif DiGi as i'm not so sure how ur campus plan works... shud be the same kuar as the freebies screen is de same...

because every month aslo use around rm50,then this month i dont know how much been usage because it said me usage rm 96 something ,impossible things, max is rm 40 something only ....

Hi guys. Whenever I make an outgoing call, my phone shows "Note: active diverts". But I never activated diverts before. OCS suggested that I cancel diverts, so I selected "Deactivate all diverts". But it's still the same. Anybody has any ideas? That message is annoying, it pops up for about 2 seconds, and I can't press anything during that time (hang up if I accidentally dialled, activate loudspeaker, etc).

Yeah it was annoying at first, but now I have accepted it. It's very useful as an indicator that a call is successful. Sometimes for whatever reason a call won't get through (can't hear ringing tone), so now I always wait to see the active divert symbol before putting phone to ear :-)

yeah tats what i did all this while, haha, it does help a lil bit, bt might b a hassle for some ppl

call divert is quite useful for some ppl. If it hang or lag it could be your phone. Like mine i do not have any problem as stated by you. It only appear 2 sec of every call u make tats all to show call divert is active

digi coverage here at my hostel and my condo back in KL is terrible. even terrible when i'm using iphone. so sad. T_T

are they the same rates now or still count region?

But the thing is... I don't HAVE call diverts activated. So why is it still showing?
Last time I don't have this... then I asked Digi to change some settings... then it started... but I can't remember what it was I changed...

just to join the crowd, one proud user of digi postpaid, although thats a bit issue happening beginning of the year, overall, still satisfied with the service

i would like to know, i am the Digi postpaid user, is it i cant subscribe to Data Basic plan? im currently using GPRS package.. from the conversation in helpline, they told me that i only can subscribe to Data Basic plan with buy a usb modem or subscribe with their broadband, is it true?

i think u should subscribe the digi super SMS.. which will be free digi to digi sms after 50sen of sms usage(not include international and FNF sms)
im on the super SMS... save me a lot..
but the plan have been stopped since the introduction of the new prepaid plan..
