QUOTE(lin00b @ Jun 7 2009, 11:29 PM) well, i have just switched to dg50, 2 question, does the rm50 includes data downloads (wap, ringtones, etc), game purchases, and those special subscription sms? since dg has 3g now, do they offer any video calls? QUOTE(kytehx @ Jun 7 2009, 11:43 PM) 1.No, those are value added services 2.No, 3g but for broadband only Eh sure or not? I asked OCS, was told balance transfer and roaming not covered in commitment fees only. Data transfer and subscription SMS I'm sure is covered becos I've used them. Check saman, subscribe jokes from Reader's Digest, all covered... even caller ringtone is covered...

Hi guys. Whenever I make an outgoing call, my phone shows "Note: active diverts". But I never activated diverts before. OCS suggested that I cancel diverts, so I selected "Deactivate all diverts". But it's still the same. Anybody has any ideas? That message is annoying, it pops up for about 2 seconds, and I can't press anything during that time (hang up if I accidentally dialled, activate loudspeaker, etc).

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Aug 9 2009, 11:26 AM) call divert is quite useful for some ppl. If it hang or lag it could be your phone. Like mine i do not have any problem as stated by you. It only appear 2 sec of every call u make tats all to show call divert is active But the thing is... I don't HAVE call diverts activated. So why is it still showing? Last time I don't have this... then I asked Digi to change some settings... then it started... but I can't remember what it was I changed...

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Aug 10 2009, 11:13 PM) It's missed call alert or voicemail or both I've cancelled voicemail, so it has to be missed call alert. Thanks. BTW, last time my phone could ring for a full minute without voicemail, now it just cuts to the "The number you have dialled is not available" after 20 seconds. Any ways to make it ring longer? 20 seconds not quite enough sometimes...

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Aug 12 2009, 03:20 PM) The 20 seconds are default for missed call alert. You can lengthen a little (30 seconds) by calling to DiGi CS. I am happy with 20 seconds; what are the chances of me picking up if I don't pick up in 20 seconds. I don't like my phone to keep ringing. Thanks a lot, you've been great help. Scenarios where I wish it would ring longer: 1) I'm coming back from the washroom and my phone is ringing on my desk and it's almost in my grasp....! then it stopped 2) when I'm outdoors and it's noisy, sometimes I don't notice my phone ringing... ringing longer would help

The billing system is still buggy. I'm seriously considering going back to Maxis until Digi can fix it. It's tiring to check my statement every month and make sure those delayed transactions are possibly covered by last month's commitment fee and ask for compensation. At least no headache when with Maxis... I now believe what they say about "the price you pay, the quality you get". Added on August 22, 2009, 10:35 amQUOTE(yeezai @ Aug 19 2009, 06:31 PM) if you go US with your digi roaming and ppl call you will charge both side international rate... if you call using your digi from msia to US then will charge one side... Really? Meaning if I don't know you're roaming, and I call you, I get charged roaming? I thought I get charged local and you get charged roaming?
