well, it's a double-edged benefit ...
for those who was seriously/genuinely affected by the network problem recently, the discount is just a small remuneration to compensate and gain customer's confidence back (read radi0head's story about this fella at petrol station). of course, those largely that wasn't seriously affected, we're enjoying this benefit at the cost of other's difficulties ... all in all, i don't want the network to be down again, ever. this morning i cant get the cehck my Unbilled Transaction, Bonus Points, etc.
now works fine Added on June 12, 2009, 1:36 pmnow this is weird: my bill date is on the 12th every month ... so in Unbilled Transaction, i can't select 12 May - 12 Jun because it's more than 30 days! come on, not all months have 30 days mah Added on June 12, 2009, 1:37 pmi speak too soon: "Sorry. OCS' billing is problematic ... i can't download my bill even after 7 days from billing date (12th).

aiyor, the frontpage news wasn't updated
on another note, that means the new suppl line, Digi Family only able to take up to 3 prepaid lines. for 1 Family plan, we can take up to 6 postpaid lines. |
