Item being bought: Phenom 9150E (RM200) he mention this item is help his friends to sell as his friends,( stay with his cousin, he not scared his friend will run) owe his money

Date of transaction: i pm this guy on May 13 and bank in on May 15, until now the item still haven't received

Details of the complaint : from the start , i dun know this guy got blacklist and pm him for buying the phenom 9150e, and due do my problem, i can't bank in at once, this guy always asking me for bank in the money to him, i felt weird as normally the seller not rush to sell.
Finally i bank in the money to his acc, then he said he will post through the postlaju on friday, after that, on that day, he mention that he can't post the item, and dut on not wrapping the bubble wrap. he promise me he will post on monday at the saturday night. Wait until monday, he mention he overslept, so not plan to post on monday. i am angry and quarrel with him cia the msn. He promise he will post on tuesday morning.
Tuesday(May 19), he give me an postlaju tracking core - EN 137585675MY
i straight to tracking via the online, its mention its is invalid core, and that guy mention that the postlaju update the core need two days.
May 21 (Thursday)mean today, i asked the postlaju companies via the hotline, the staff mention that this core is confirm invalid ............... wth ............

Chin wei shing, u better settle this in here, one is refund to me at once, otherwise, sure will taking action ......

Since you said TS flamed you in MSN, why can't you give a proper explanation to him, tell him the progress and give him assurance about the whole deal?
If you have done so, it would not have resulted in the starting of this thread.

Providing a fake tracking number is not a tolerable practise here in LYN.
And another thing, overslept is your own problem, be responsible to it and act on it.
You might not be as free as TS maybe, but seriously, are you that busy that you can't even find time to post the item in these few days after Monday?
If you can't commit, then don't sell or just insist on COD deals.

to the seller : as said providing FAKE tracking code is wrong and how would expect ppl to not think negatively when you're so irresponsible and giving out FAKE tracking number? if you have nothing to hide then just tell the truth and perhaps TS would understand. calling ppl stupid doesn't make you any smarter.

I was actually refraining myself from posting in Trade Zone Dispute threads as I wish to see parties solving their disputes without further 3rd party interruption, but looking your at your ridiculous comment I seriously have to drop my 2 cents here.


1) Money is money, no matter the sum involved. Yea, you study in Sunway, I would assume that you're from a relatively well off family hence you may not know how much RM200 is to us, but do respect other people's money and not say things like 'it's a small amount' kind of crap. Trust me, when you HAVE your own family to feed, you won't think RM200 is small anymore.


2) Tried oversleeping and missed an exam? Tried telling the invigilator that you overslept and will they even care about it? Dude for God's sake, you're already in college, learn how to be responsible for your own words. Don't promise if you can't hold on to it.


3) TS has the rights to be angry cause he's putting down the cash for that item which was promised to be sent to him but instead, wasn't. If you meet another person like you yourself in real life you'd be equally pissed as well. Don't believe me? After you calm down put yourself back in TS's shoes and look from his viewpoint from a neutral angle. No point trying to deny it cause from the way you reply we can see how you would react to provocation and issues.

4) Keyboard warrior this... keyboard warrior that. You're only in college and you have many potentially GOOD years ahead of you. Don't provoke people and don't let people provoke you easily, even through the internet, things can happen. (speaking from a personal experience point of view) It's just an issue which is solvable so don't further drag or provoke others with it.


I'm pretty darn sure you'd be shit pissed when you read my post here, but learn that this is for your own good. Live your life as an honest and responsible human, perhaps you won't want to hear a stranger over the net telling you this especially when you're pissed, maybe you can learn how to digest this after you're calmed down.

Aiyoh, since you're working already you should know how to settle issues like a grown up already right?
Stop the name calling and settle it nicely la. Take a step back sometimes if necessary if it means peace. Maybe it's time to drop TS a call and just settle it alright? Don't fall easily for people's provocation regardless they're right or wrong but think through it.
