Besides the signal problem that happened to apple iphone4 anthennagate, there is another problem that i saw in a forum.

Situation:
XXX bought iphone 4 on 20th of September, he reload rm30 to his phone. On the next day which is 21st of September, his credit left rm0.75. But he never make any call or sms or on9 by using his iphone 4. doh.gif

Why is this happening? icon_question.gif

I wish to get myself a iphone 4, so i wish to understand more about this phone b4 buying it. sweat.gif

The situation still sounds pretty vague.

Did Mr. XXX download Apps? Access the AppStore? Play Games? Access Email? All little little things can accumulate and contribute to data usage.

Unless you are saying Mr. XXX reload RM30, turn off 3G, Notifications, Cellular Data and left the phone un-touched for a day and still credit drop then got problem some where lol

hi, i need some advise.

im now wondering around whether idata 2 500MB data quota are sufficient or not.

iphone 4 is going to be my 1st smartphone and i have no previous record can refer to.

What im going to do with my iphone4? mostly on social media, twitter, facebook, some normal surfing. Will 500 MB sufficient?

thanks

been searching the forum and have different answers for the same question, called MAXIS and the person so blur that I can be a better MAXIS CS than her..anyway, the thing is i never actually check my unbilled amount before, my question is how MAXIS calculate the unbilled amount daily? Does it includes the data or just sms and call? Looking at the unbilled RM700++ on my account, i guess it should include data and deduct with my iValue data when they issue the bill later, rite?? thanks!

Guys anyone on previous Ivalue Plan who upgraded yesterday to the new Ivalue Plan?

guess what i got an SMS today stating that ive exceeded my credit limit and i need to pay RM261. First time im getting this since Ive been on the Maxis IValue Plan.

I gave a call to the CS and as usual the same regurgative BS that they cant check my usage.

I suspect is due to because that me previous Ivalue Plan 1 has 113MB data used plus calls and SMS when i upgraded to the new IValue Plan 1 they've started with the new pro-rated cycle hence quoting me to pay what ive used of the last month.
They cant unbar my line until i pay "some" cash

when i told them my usage never exceeded RM 120 monthly why do i need to pay extra for something that has been included in my Previous plan all i got was "Wait till the next billing cycle and they'll prorate whatever i used from my previous Plan and my New Plan and they'll make necessary adjustments" but till then id have to pay the amount to ensure my line isnt barred.

Screw that.
