Mine is PC-12Plus. I am 'greedy' fella if you know me. Since the price difference of PC-12NSD is 'not that much', I took the heaviest plunge of my life.

I must admit that this is single most expensive 'investment' that I ever made throughout my 17 years of HT hobby.

actually, just in thinking process. Maybe will try to save enough and to avoid the upgrade process, I might consider the 13Ultra.

arremie, the shipping cost for both are almost identical. When you add in the hefty taxes, the difference becomes lesser.

So can I get PC12-NSD around rm4k plus all the taxes? PC12-Plus is around 6k right?

Yes, agree. If you can avoid tax then the saving is tremendous....

Yes, abt RM4K+. The PC-12+ is slightly above RM5K.

PC12+ only slightly over RM5k? The price of PC12+ is US949 and the shipping is about ~US400 so US1349 * 1.3 for 30% tax = US1754 *3.5 (exchange rate)=RM6,138... how do you get RM5K?

shipping is less than that i think, anyway we shall be seeing SVS hitting our neighbors shore in near future. Not sure who got the distributor ship.

Where u get the 30% tax? as mentioned by htkaki its 15% import tax and 10% sales tax

if i remember correctly for PC-12+,
its 949+250 (to airport) = about USD1,200*3.6=RM4320*1.25=RM5,400 approx.

Your calculation is quite near to it.

Ah... the weight of PC12+ is lighter so that shpping cost is lower, I was quoted on PB12+ for $565 on door to door and $375 for airport.

For airport, does it mean that the taxes are not included? If so, it is worth a drive to airport and collect it ownself.

I think to airport is to pay the custom directly; whereas door to door is courier company help you pay first (additional) and get the tax from you if I understand correctly.
