I knew a fellow forummer who has almost close to 4 subs whistling.gif I bet the bass in his room is 'beautiful' since it will have very even response.

I knew you are reading this tongue.gif and once it is completed, I will surely pay you a visit.

Like mentioned jchong by, tight and defined bass well for music has be to sealed sub. Submersive power got and got bass quality too.

Since you are in Penang, you maybe can permission seek from owner Submersive. Then listering you can judge.

PB13-Ultra sub monster movie for. Paradigm Sub25 new a very. Probably time need to FR Graph do. But, gas I this sub is very good eps music for listering.

Listering I to other sealed subs. PB13-Ultra suitable not for music. While still quite good music in for PB-Ultra, sealed sub still has edge little more music in; tighter bass and pace.

You listering first at youtube for Sub25.

Can we get best of both world by mixing them up?
Would the characteristics of sealed and ported be blended, but losing their own identity?
EQ1 can calibrate the timing well, would both comprise each other to make a balance then?

audition pb-13 ultra?? when when? thumbup.gif

actually after research it was either the 13ultra or the subM for me.. ended up with subM coz it's smaller in depth, easier to fit in my small living room tongue.gif

so... still wanna experience the awesomeness of the ultra if i can thumbup.gif

Need someone to experiment with this... who's gonna be guinea pig? biggrin.gif

As far as EQ1 is concerned, although it does the calibration well some of the inherent characteristics of ported vs sealed will still remain.

Not likely. Higher chance that ronald will be the one who will try it out. I can always loan the AS-EQ1 for him to test out when he has both wink.gif

Yes, I do agree. Unless, he use the 'sealed sub' mode of PB-Ultra to minimise the differing characteristic of a ported sub. Then again, we still need ronaldjoe to take the lead.
