Why you like TA so much? Personally, I choose OSK. I believe OSK is much better than TA in terms of company's profitability and potential. You're working in OSK, you see something bad in OSK??? If u sell now, later ex-div u can try que buy back again. Not sure still can buy at good price, coz alot ppl will buy more after ex-div for the coming capital payout.
Price will most likely go up again after ex-div. If you bought earlier at good price 3.85 or below, better hold coz can get div and ur price still low den after ex -div price. Wa.. i'm not goreng kaki leh.. Last week my colleague, he bought 0.085 drop till 0.04 cut lost half at 0.055..
He ask me buy for him TA-WB again this morning 0.07. If bought yesterday lowest 0.04 n later evening up till 0.09 get 100% profit la... Now cant la.. coz up so high ady.. risky le. I prefer go for safe counter.. or those giving good div. TM ex div 2molo.. 2day is da last day bfr ex. Maybe u can consider OSK-Wb around 0.25+/- expiry nexy year. ya.. but ur share price will be adjust 0.98 sen also.
The plan here is after ex capital payment, the big shareholder will push TM stock up around 0.20- 0.30. Maybe takes some time to reach.. not immediate. If immediate den very good. So if you have 200 lots. 200 X 100 X 0.30 = RM6000 If plan for mid or long term, its dividen + future price increase , can see more profit by year end when market get more bullish. If market clear sky no bad news.. maybe i'll go for some warrant stock if c mother share good potential up.
Those i played previously like pmcap, ecm, osk-wb, ta-wb abit coz have done some research n news from my broker. All are finance counter leh... market strong.. finance sure up ma. Bursa both way.. market up and down as long have transaction value billions.. bursa will go up. Think of getting bursa but expensive leh... Just watching from sidelines as I almost finished my final portfolio. My overall warrant performance not so good... The main reason is wrong timing as all my warrants were bought early last week before market drop like shit. Only PBBank-CH makes me a bit worry as I plan to sell it end of next month. Hofefully, swine flu is under control by then...

Based on theory, market will continue to goreng TA. TA mgt wants more people to convert the warrant to mothershare in order to get more capital. So, TA price will not drop much unless KLCI drop significantly until TA mgt got no more bullet to push the price up.

What your view on KLCCP, I still got 65lots bought early this year. Good company, but price hardly move... Thinking of converting more to OSK or some other potential stocks. WHO may raise A(H1N1) level alert to 6 as cases in Japan start showing human to human transmission making it the first country out of Americas to have such transmission on a large scale. This may put a damper on equity rallies. Seems like it is not going away.
Volume today still lackluster for me. Not much data out this week that can shed more direction besides the housing data tonight which should be quite ok. Will there be anything left to rally on past that? Futures are slightly higher.. |

Axiata just released its last quarter profit. January-March net profit fell to RM63.9 million from RM402.7 million a year earlier. Revenue was up 5.4 per cent at RM2.87 billion. Going to drag the whole CI because of this.

The Karnataka state government in India has accepted a proposal by Geodesic Techniques Pvt Ltd, where Scomi Engineering is the technology partner, to firm up a financial proposal for a concession to build a 59km monorail in Bangalore. According to Geodesic spokesperson, the Karnataka government has set up a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to manage the Bangalore monorail and airport rail link and has “frozen†the alignment of the proposed monorail. The alignment was based on a technical proposal submitted by Geodesic-Scomi joint venture in November last year. (Financial Daily) Jupiter 2day have report on Scomi.. Chart wise : ……selling pressure ?…….. Scomi had on 18/5/2009 traded lower to an intra-day low of RM0.60 in lower volume before settled at RM0.645 on the same day. Where would be the immediate overhead resistance for Scomi? The way Scomi carried itself was seen a little encouraging with buying pressure likely to press their luck today. Resistance selling can be expected between RM0.69 – RM0.70. But at 4.30pm.. Scomi turn on buying pressure instead breaking 0.70 lvl.. Just completed my portfolio swapping. Dump all Kinstel and moved to Scomi. Kinstel profit = 36% = $3.5K. I don't like to hold money losing company for long term... Anyway, Kinstel price still moving up.

Political link! And also always got good news on new projects. PE ratio not that high as compared to other O&G companies. KNM used to be my top investment stocks, but always no news. Dunno what happen inside. That's why I'm holding very little KNM now...

You buy TM just for the short term dividend? You must remember that the dividend need to deduct 25% tax. TM is more like a dividend counter where normally people buy and hold. Every year just collect dividend and capital slowly appreciate.
