Hi a I new here...
reference letter is not difficult to get. Just go to any of your banks (preferably the one that u ve most money) n request for it. Banks have standard reference letter. Some banks charge for the letter some free. I was working with a bank b4. Hope this helps!

EPF is major holder of most of the bluechip in ci....... Epf and other goverment player can easily manipulate and determind the direction of ci. How come Axiata with poor profit can shoot up like no tomorrow?

Same same... 8k, 4k, 0k, -3k, 2k now 0k, but I'm getting my 2k dividend from TM, and still made some money on derivatives. My main problem was I cut loss on my UEMland and Pelikan. If i held my counters, I would have made more.
*
dont be sad about cut lost.. it really necessary, but has to act fast. i cut twice last weak, buy and sell with the same price. lost few hundred broker fees. i feel worth, the price of the both counter still much lower than my selling price.

I like STI, but I don't want to transfer money to S'pore. I got more information in KLCI than STI, so most of my money is in KLCI. The money I use to buy share in STI are my reserve (in case I to go back to S'pore to work). I'll be happy if my paper gain % in KLCI same as STI!!! Anyway, my luck in STI also not that good. I always choose the lower growth one. E.g. I choose FSL Trust vs Gallant. Gallant up more than 100% from the day I want to buy. StraitsAsia Resource vs Ezra. Ezra up 300% from the time I made my decision. Of course, those counter that I choose also give quite good paper gain lar.

where should i get the information about the company in STI? any good site to recommend?

Seems like I'm the only one using this book... If you plan to buy, just wait for few weeks. The latest version Mar 09 will be out soon. I think some time in June. This book is real good if you're interested in the company fundamental and historical performance. All the stocks that I bought, I'll at least read thru this book before buying. FYI, this book only covers main board. To me, this book is a must and worth every single cent. If you're traders type, you won't be needing this book as it will shows very bad on MKLand (for an example).
This book got 2 version Mar and Sep. I'll definately buy every version of it!  thumbup.gif
