i believe the n-lot extra window is available for unit 5,7 pool view & 6,8 kl view.

my preference is block A2 pool view(no more unit with my agent); preferable below 25th floor becos still can listen to the pool water drop. hope can finalised everything very soon n join this big family. hehehe

i think i know the cimb banker who get 480k valuation (mentioned by Taikor Pai)
*
N-lot is for unit 7 and 8 unit...again not extra window but it is facing out.
Corner which is 1 and 2 is the best for block A1 and A2 if you really want to have better air flow and day light! rclxms.gif

ChunMun,

I went hunting too and this is my personal opinion.
- No to units in A1 & A2 facing the inner air well. (dead air, not healthy medically & paranormally)
- No to units facing the shoplots (eye-sore) especially the hospital. High units where your eye level dont drop to see them naturally is ok.
- if you like pool view, then you cannot take units higher up where again the verticality prevents you from having the "pool view" even though your unit maybe facing the pool.

so what is your preference?
*
No to units in A1 and A2, then Block B unit?

I'm guessing it's the box up to cover up all the air cond piping in 2nd bedroom?

if 99% of time can hear water sounds..............VS 1% noise............its not a bad deal  tongue.gif
I absolutely love the low floor units in TS........the water sounds is just soothing.........  nod.gif

Hehe unfortunately the percentage of noise is raising... now roughly 20% noise, 80% nice water sounds...

Hot fresh from oven..............just locked my last TS unit rental............at 13.5% yields.....or 2.8k rents.....to a local couple..........working in O&G coy....... wink.gif

Was hoping for 3k............in fact got 2 offers from a Bangladeshi expats and local single chap at 3k p/m.........but more comfortable with this elderly couple who works for a listed O&G in KLCC............. so in the end settled for lower rents........

don't mind to share why you call it dead-air and not good for feng shui? Too dim? too dark?

but unit 3, 4, 5, 6 no better than unit n-lot (7,8) because 3rd bedroom window is facing the backyard though....

The best unit still 1 and 2...corner lot.
