i believe the n-lot extra window is available for unit 5,7 pool view & 6,8 kl view.

my preference is block A2 pool view(no more unit with my agent); preferable below 25th floor becos still can listen to the pool water drop. hope can finalised everything very soon n join this big family. hehehe

i think i know the cimb banker who get 480k valuation (mentioned by Taikor Pai)

Some of the late comer taikor for TS bgt their mid floor unit around this price range too.  Seems Pai sifu advice, I think he know TS very well.

Airline kor, air con box also can b painted ? Do you mean the compressor box ?

I went hunting too and this is my personal opinion.
- No to units in A1 & A2 facing the inner air well. (dead air, not healthy medically & paranormally)
- No to units facing the shoplots (eye-sore) especially the hospital. High units where your eye level dont drop to see them naturally is ok.
- if you like pool view, then you cannot take units higher up where again the verticality prevents you from having the "pool view" even though your unit maybe facing the pool.

so what is your preference?

Taikor and taijar like PAI, Backkom and GlobalKL etc...... 

When was TS VP ? Is it more than a year yet ?

"accidentally" saw a SPA today dated 26th August 2011 for a 27th floor unit intermediate lot at block A1 for RM450k. Not mine, but sharing the transaction price.

Can hear pool water sound means you can hear unwanted noise late at night - sure you want that?

if 99% of time can hear water sounds..............VS 1% noise............its not a bad deal 
I absolutely love the low floor units in TS........the water sounds is just soothing......... 

No to units in A1 and A2, then Block B unit?

I'm guessing it's the box up to cover up all the air cond piping in 2nd bedroom?

Hehe unfortunately the percentage of noise is raising... now roughly 20% noise, 80% nice water sounds...

i think this is history already. Pai is talking about 480K

Latest high floor mid units SNPed at 477.5k 

not all units in A1 & A2 la.. only the "end-lot" units... the ones where 2 units from A1 joins with 2 units of A2 to form the inner courtyard (air-well)... these are what I call dead-air... not good fung-shui for the 3rd bedroom la...
