I have an experience with one of the condo in PJ.
It was flooded with the so called students from one of the continent (you know which one).
Many owners were quite deaf and blind to the situation, they focused too much on rental$$$.
Luckily, then came one retired Chinese 'Datuk, he led the JMB, enforced and put things in place.
The condo (low - medium) is fetching 400+psf now from less than 200psf then.

May be you are the knight.

Let me also warn you that JMB is not immune from been sued by the
owners or tenants.

Btw, JMB supposed to be formed within a year after VP, otherwise the developer can be fined.

"accidentally" saw a SPA today dated 26th August 2011 for a 27th floor unit intermediate lot at block A1 for RM450k. Not mine, but sharing the transaction price.

the renovated show unit in ts also sold.

i am newbies to TS. Can you guys recommend the better & favorable units for block A2 or A1?

i went to viewing at TS for the 1st time today, but cant remember all the position & pricing!

I went hunting too and this is my personal opinion.
- No to units in A1 & A2 facing the inner air well. (dead air, not healthy medically & paranormally)
- No to units facing the shoplots (eye-sore) especially the hospital. High units where your eye level dont drop to see them naturally is ok.
- if you like pool view, then you cannot take units higher up where again the verticality prevents you from having the "pool view" even though your unit maybe facing the pool.

so what is your preference?

What do you mean by units facing inner air well? Everybody's 3rd bedroom and kitchen will be facing inner air well.

some 3rd bedroom got extra window if u get what i mean..
if not dark.

i believe the n-lot extra window is available for unit 5,7 pool view & 6,8 kl view.

my preference is block A2 pool view(no more unit with my agent); preferable below 25th floor becos still can listen to the pool water drop. hope can finalised everything very soon n join this big family. hehehe

Can hear pool water sound means you can hear unwanted noise late at night - sure you want that?

if 99% of time can hear water sounds..............VS 1% noise............its not a bad deal
