assume tht granite is RM190/ftr = 12x RM190 =RM 2280
12ft Melamine board (ChipBoard) base =(RM6500-RM2280)/12=RM175

Erny, the prices you quoted in the promotion above, inc. both wall and base unit?

Hahaha...based on my calculation is below:

granite 12 x 190 = 2280
base 12 x 190 = 2280
top 9 x 130 = 1170(take out 3' for hood)
drawer set 120
bottle basket 180
dish rack 130
frosted glass 2x80 = 160
transporation = 80

Total 6400.00(not included the hood cover color board & end panel price)


RM6900 should be the gross price included all handle/hinges, gas spring....

Need a little clarification here. The KC we went before, told me high gloss and acrylic are different stuff. I was shown 2 units of kitchen cabinet which showed the difference between these two; acrylic has smoother 'glow/reflection' while hi gloss's 'glow' is a little blur/shadowy.

But the second KC I went yesterday, showed me an acrylic kitchen cabinet display but it looked to me like hi gloss. On asking, he said acrylic and hi gloss are the same.

Can anyone clarify on this?

I have been reading the posts for a very long time but i never posted anything cos i was just observing.

i wanted to look for contractors and i have contacted so many kc contractors from LYN forum and outside ranging from low end to mid end to high end contrators, and even resort to ID. But, nobody can impress me.

But after i met Erny today, he spent three hours with me, i think he even had to cancel one appointment because of me, he is definitely not the cheapest, but he is the most sincere.

And it was his professionalism and tasteful design advice that really makes me make the final decision to use Unity Design for my KC and Wardrobe.

You should really try this guy, im impressed. He even free me things, very nice. but overall, it is his sincerity in making a beautiful projects for me that really makes me decide.
