Illegal short selling, they will have to buy back later in order to make profit. These sellers are criminals, they ought to be in jail now.

However these sellers has been miscalculating the reaction from the retail investors. The more they sell now, the sooner they will meet the dead end. lol. They will soon pay the price for cheating.

Let see how long these criminals are able to extend their criminal short selling activities.

you're wrong. There's nothing wrong with their action. Proof it or else you're a liar.

Any short selling is strictly prohibited.

One can be easily be found out by the investment bank, SC and Bursa as soon as T+2 after one sold the stocks which settlement and transfer of share need to be taken place time.

SAAG all time low today! 9.5 sen, target 5 sen. Bad Q results will drive it down further.

Guys Makantidur has little knowledge of what is short selling. He kept on shouting about illegal short selling hoping this counter would react positively. But the more he shouts the worst it gets. rclxms.gif drool.gif cry.gif brows.gif

I think going to stay at 0.10

very low demand at 0.105
0.100 lower demand than supply

I just sold it, not holding it anymore
Quarter results not too good.
Might go in again at end of the year.

hoping to get it back at lower prices................looking at today's trading pattern and the sudden drop in the buy q at 0.095 cts to 6 miliions, i think there is further room for downward movement of prices......will only consider if touches 0.075 cts

SAAG BUY BACK shares

SAAG Announcement Dated 21st May 2010

SAAG Consolidated (M) Bhd ("SAAG" or "the Company")
- Proposed Renewal of Authority to Purchase Its Own Ordinary Shares by the Company ("Proposed Share Buy-Back Renewal")

Contents
:
The Board of Directors of SAAG wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Share Buy-Back Renewal at the forthcoming 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Statement in relation to the Proposed Share Buy-Back Renewal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.

This announcement is dated 21 May 2010.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do I need say more? Have this announcement vindicated all my prior posts here?

Now I suspect they have been using 3rd party account to SAPU while using another account to SELL at the same time (without announcing, collecting quietly), meaning they were SELLING indirectly back to themselves all this while, SAPUING shares from the SELLERS (themselves) and terrified/panic retail investors, now they are planning to BUY BACK from those criminal accounts SEKALI GUS, legitimize their holdings under the name of SAAG.

How ever you want to put it, they were committing crime! First they COUNTERFEIT their shares by increasing obscenely huge supply of share available to themselves then dump it into the open market to batter down the price, then they buy back all the shares at obscenely low price tag.

This is too obvious, this is a blatant crime as Malaysia does not allow practice of short selling or activities producing the same effect (Same SHIT different ass hole). I can't believe Malaysian government would let this kind of crime to happen to Malay retail investors. This stock is listed under the Syariah Approved Category.

This is blatant fraud!!!!!

Max Keiser always says the stock market has become a rigged market. Whoever enters will be the prey, your investment adviser is not your friend, does not act in clients' best interest (meaning betting against their clients), Goldman Sachs and the "O" investment firm is best example.

It's all true, when you hear people try to educate you that "FRAUD" is the norm. You should advise your friends not to enter stock market at all.

Isn't renewing buyback authority a norm in EVERY single company in KLSE during AGM? Same like renewing authority to do private placement, Related party transaction etc.

Don't know what you're talking about regarding buy here and sell there, different ass etc. blink.gif

Renewal mandate of buyback authority means you allow the company to buyback the share only. Whether the company actually buyback or not, it is another story.

This is more about paperwok, as buyback authority generally ceased after 1 year.

You can seek for shareholder approval to buyback allow company to buyback the share, but company can buyback zero share. Then next year renew the buyback authority again, then still buy zero/little, then renew again.
