what i scare is since the other 3 rig can't be built, they will claim TOTAL IMPAIRMENT LOSS, then the non-current asset - property, plant & equipment will shrink by a lot...
like the case of MEMS...i wonder how come nobody want to buy those plant, even for RM100,000?? nobody wants, i want it then!! it worth millions when first bought!! |

I dare the sellers to sell it down to 5 cents, only if they are still capable of doing so. lolololol Ladies and gentlemen, the Sellers have finally reached their limits aka KAPUT once and for all... Don't blink, rocket will be launch soon. |

firstly, malaysia don't allow short-selling as you mentioned. if can short-sell, i would be the first to try it on some PN 17 counter, sure earn kaw-kaw |

On 1st july Doraley's Shareholdings fell below 5% and therefore all future disposal need not be disclosed to KLSE. I think the bondholders shareholdings is almost nil by now.

I don't know if a petition by retail investors will work in order to take over the company and liquidate it.
The Plan: Join our shares, take over SAAG, liquidate it (net asset 0.24 = 3x current share price). Then we will stand to profit 3 folds. If I have enough % of shares to take over the company myself, I would do it by myself. I will liquidate the company and tear it apart, sell all the assets. I also thought about getting foreign investors from the United States to do it, they are damn good at this kind of stuff. |

I also thought about getting foreign investors from the United States to do it, they are damn good at this kind of stuff. it might works...because when we look into top 30 largest shareholder, the 1st is doraley the culprit, which holds around 11% during the time the annual report comes out, then the 2nd is the current MD which holds less than 5%..... which means most shares ARE IN THE HAND OF RETAIL INVESTOR (Investors with shares not exceeding 5%). so if an EGM is held, this isn't impossible... but here comes the problem... SAAG have high debt & high receivables.. attached below is the details.. so the first thing is to ensure the receivables is recoverable.. ![]() |

QUOTE(sjz @ Jul 23 2010, 10:23 PM) in fact bro, i really like your plan.. Please realize that assets are valued at atleast double the purchase value and that real value could be less than 1/3 of value in the ballance sheet. The same could be for the receiveables.it might works...because when we look into top 30 largest shareholder, the 1st is doraley the culprit, which holds around 11% during the time the annual report comes out, then the 2nd is the current MD which holds less than 5%..... which means most shares ARE IN THE HAND OF RETAIL INVESTOR (Investors with shares not exceeding 5%). so if an EGM is held, this isn't impossible... but here comes the problem...
