David seems like u have lots of penny stocks eh? Oilcrap and now Saag? I suppose for SAAG, earnings visibility are clear but the stocks seems to project a 66% dropped in earnings for the coming financial year. I have not looked at its financial statements as yet but I just don't know the reason why they split their stocks into 10sen each. But the shares seemed to be moving downhill eversince.

Anyway care to share with us in detailed on how u have investigated and found certain things about the board and etc?

Makantidursaham, there u got it wrong again, how many stocks in the klse of 10 years ago can reached blue chip status. Along the way many or plenty had failed and went down the drain.

For Saag, there is no visibility in increase earnings, further more shares are being issued. Prospective earning per share around 1 sen. Revenue also down. So fundamental analysis is out. Goreng the volume upwards is the only solution. But if the shares are being passed from Big holders to small kucing kurap fellars without holding powers, then further price downside will accelerate. These are signs of a counter moving towards doom. Give me a good reason to buy SAAG! Most of the major shareholders already parachute only left Stafford Investments Limited 5%.

Guys, I hold zero portfolio in SAAG. The disclosure on directors shareholdings will give u an idea of what is coming to SAAG current shareholders. Figure out for urself, why is the senior officers & captain slowly jumped ship or rather the directors disposing of their shares. If they have confidence in the stocks why should they sell or reduced their holdings substantially and at such a low price? Basically the odds are pointing to a poor financial performance or future liquidity problem. I suppose Zaman and I have similar opinions. We are not cronies, we just read into KLSE disclosures objectively.

The earlier extracts on shareholdings in SAAG are copied from rhbinvest website. If u think its wrong give us the correct shareholdings and the movements of each and every directors and major shareholders todate. If I am wrong I will admit to it.

Well I agreed there is a dilution by Bond conversion to shares. But there were heavy sales of shares in the other coporate shareholders i suspect also owned by them. Now just think why are the Bondholders doing that if they can get 12% interest. Cos the bonds are junked. Escape strategy by bondholders to unload once converted. The runup this time could be the last hooray b4 it sinks. But anyway those who bought high hope u get out with ur capital. As the goreng frensies are not connected with its fundamental. Welcome to Casino Royale!

Today the ave buy rate is only 29% and half of the total transactions > 1000 lots and the buy rate of those >1000 lot is only 22%. There is lacked of accumulation more of distribution.

More big sellers are unloading to small holders that's why its not moving.

Time and time again, when people are obsessed with a particular stock, they don't think rationally. Emotion takes over as stakes are high and when they have put all their money in it. Such pitiful state of mind.

When TA (tony) call a buy I would sell.

well sjz, how du u stop a falling knife?

on 14th october 2009 I noted,

"Well I agreed there is a dilution by Bond conversion to shares. But there were heavy sales of shares in the other coporate shareholders i suspect also owned by them. Now just think why are the Bondholders doing that if they can get 12% interest. Cos the bonds are junked. Escape strategy by bondholders to unload once converted. Welcome to Casino Royale! "

So more shares issued who's gonna to absorbed them unless SAAG can announced substantial contracts clinched then prospective earnings can support price runup?

Anyway guys rotational play has started with other penny counters starting with SKpres and moving to other soon invested gamblers are spoilt for choice. Casino Royale is ongoing......................

"There's even a talk to use DINAR or EURO for trading Crude Oil"

Well the US is the biggest consumer of oil and they will not used Dinar or euro to trade nor the UK pounds. If any of these currencies are used for trade , the countries may have to print more notes to prevent their currencies from strenghtening and they would have to exchange for USD too to support their fundamentals. Its a merry go round with no benefits to any party. As such the USD will still be here to stay for a very long time.

World stocks are correcting untill next week and maxis is having its IPO untill Nov 5. Market will be on the downtrend so 18sen or below could be possible.

If it broke 20sen tomorrow or early next week then any level is possible. Notice this stock has been trying many times to break below 20 sen recently, could be successful with the help of Dow bears.

For goreng kaki its year end stock sales!

Aren't share issuance via conversion of borrowings to more shares hinted that the company is unable to return the money borrowed. Nor to get additional borrowings to return the money to the bondholders. Most of the dilutions have put top management cum shareholders shareholdings to below 5% whereby no disclosures are required to be announced to SC as well as putting them in a positive position if they have already parachuted from the company without the knowledge of the shareholders?

I think forummers here should combined their resources and take over the management of SAAG. No offence to anybody just my idea. drool.gif

Yes the next Million ringgit question is which top management would want to loosen control over the company if its doing well and in the process suffer dilution in control over the company. The answer is simply a company without any prospect and management without any resources to defend its position.

Quote "i think the bondholders are the ones in trouble as they need to raise cash hence the conversion of the bonds...."

Fark, its the company in trouble that is why the bondholders are converting and liquidating cos they dun believe that SAAG can pay the interest of 12.5% per annum on the bonds. Agreed with u Zaman, forumer should argue with commonsense.

Conversion after conversion, will dilute the earnings per share, and compounded with declining prospective earnings
point to future decline in share price, that will come in with certainty when world equity start to decline. At the meantime, the share price will sustained at this level but any breakbelow 20 sen may be fatal.
