@dlwl,you use old school to play games? not using the new rig?

of coz new rig
new rig is where all my games are stored. my new rig is at my apartment in KL.
sometimes if i don't bring my rig back to hometown, need some entertainment also..hehe. old rig to play old school games, maybe 1 or 2 new games like PES, or COD..haha

yes, COD4. not really well though, hiccups here and there. maybe coz i'm playing at quite a high reso, but options set to the most low. nothing has to be running other than the game, no msn, browser, etc etc. otherwise will become almost like slideshow

Low until 640*480 also cannot play. It is just like slideshows. ATI9550 is using Shader 2.0 only while the game needs Shader 3.0.

I am just about to complete building the s478, no power pulak... maybe due to faulty psu but I don think as it was working well before I dissembled the rig few months back....

@ravewar,your case is not enough RAM i guess. Will take a while to exit the whole game.

Owh... sad case.
I had a few hiccups too when rebuilding my current 478 rig. Most of the time is faulty RAMS.

My problem was the RAMs are crap for Overclocking with my IS7-E
