@sang,then you should go to FSP psu already as suggested by edmin since it has warranty too!

The generic psu such as avf, icute and powerlogic, they are good also. Sold quite numerous of them.

They are good if there is no high loading on them.

hehehe...I've been using my huntkey PSU for sometime now...so far so good...

I have to admit that the huntkey may not be able to deliver it's rated wattages, but if you are not pulling max power all the time and running high consumption devices...it should be ok...

also, if the huntkey that you have emit a buzzing sound when running...then you should change it...else it will behave like any other non-performance PSU...cheap and cheerful... biggrin.gif

cheers

PSU kept for long time without operation could have failure risks. the capacitors not charged for a long time can deteriorate.

why don't you use the acbel instead of the icute? then leave the icute as backup psu

I heard that Left For Dead doesn't need a very high requirement on GC,i guess 7600GT might be able to set at mid range setting?

Usually I play games at medium setting... as long as the graphic is good to my eye, it's good enough for me... but for nfs most wanted, I can play at max setting without any problem thumbup.gif

@eastwest,ya...if putting the max setting for GC,the GC will be overloaded unless you have a strong GC on hand. Between, what is the resolution are you playing with?

Guys and gals, i will close this thread and start with our V9 thread today.
