For the record, I know Puteri 6 got a few cases recently while Puteri 12 just one or two case but already more than 1 year already.

not all actually, the Puteri 6 Lilac section they only have a pole and hv to use those small pondok(its empty kontena actually), while Puteri 11 is in discussion with Puteri 12 RA to shut off the other end exit of Puteri 11 to make all cars enter & exit through Puteri 12 Guard house. There is one time smart robbers come in 7 series new BMW and Benz but they failed when Puteri 12 barred them from entry into the garden.

yes the 3 houses is side by side if not mistaken, during that time most people were in Puteri 8 park celebrating the moon cake festival. My guess is the thiefs is committed by the insiders otherwise he won't be so sure no one is around during that particular time.

Ya P12 guards not only the guard is super duper good, they have a group of loyal pets too. Even if the guard might miss out some stranger that manage to sneak-in but they can't pass thru those packs of dog that are station freely at the entrance of P12, one wrong move sure kena bite kao kao 

Puteri 12 RA still running as usual, pending new president to take over this March, the rest stay the same. To me its all small problems cause by some trouble maker tat stay in Puteri 12, as long as the RA is running smoothly whoever takeover to become the president doesn't matter to me at all, I will continue supporting and paying my yearly security guard fees. 

As for Puteri 11, i heard they are without guard services few months back, perhaps those from Puteri 11 can give some feedback on this issue.

This is good news to me. Since we belong to the same neighborhood, its best both P12 n P11 have guard all the time. Each compliment the other in term of security of our neighborhood.

thiefs nowadays are super duper sophisticated n skillfull and majority still using mechanical lock, tats why its easy job for them. Even if they don't break the lock they can always attack on other weak entry of the house to gain entry.

me property investor? sure bo? poor chap like me only still working as kuli to save for the 1st pot of gold (think its a impossible dream since gold price is sky high nowadays) 

FYI corner lot in P12 already worth more than RM1.5M nowadays...looking at the way cost of raw material that keep on sky rocketing, i think they will be more than RM2.5m soon.... this inflation is killing everyone pocket.

4 break in one go, last friday in the Peak, Puteri 12. Modus Operandi as per last year . But this time not Accord with 3 chinamen, they have upgraded to CRV, looks like new model. But the break in time is still between 11am  to 2pm. They will be back again in 2-3 months.

I posted the similar comment as you about the poor security level in P12. I am rather surprise some residents like Tohsan actually praised P12 security to the sky.
