well. blackrain work for me. connect the iphone and run blackrain.exe and thats it. it took less then 30 second.
a blackrain icon will be on your springboard for cydia,rock and icy installation. |

Does anyone have any idea if this will work with 3.1.2, cause I have a 3gs and would like to upgrade to that. Using a maxis 3gs as well. Has anyone done it?

guys, anyone facing similar prob like me? i dloaded cydia but when clicked, it shows "reorganizing, auto close when done" & re-springed but nothing happened. I tried again, same happened.
As for Icy, after saying "successfully moved to a bigger library" sort of, it shows the "Category" page, but frooze there. I was able to exit the prog though... FYI, mine is 3gs OTB 3.1 This post has been edited by voodoo8808: Oct 11 2009, 04:30 PM |

seems i cant get cydia install. every time it finish download, unpacking data, then respring but the cydia is not there. any lead?

Sigh, has anyone update jailbroken on 3.1.2, so curious cause i feel 3.1 has lots of bugs, prefer to update to 3.1.2 , maxis set 3gs. Please inform the thread if this has been done and it works. Many thanks

This is a really silly question, maxis 3gs is unlocked right, so that means if I upgrade to 3.1.2 and use purple rain it should'nt be a problem right?

What about it being debug ? The blackra1n doesn't require Itunes to be on your pc right ? Does that change anything or affect anything ?
