Very very dissapointed with HP products. Second notebook going to kaput. First was V3203 mobo kaput and now another hp lcd going to kaput. Do you belive that Im gonna get another hp product? Both right after warranty expires. Is this coincidence? vmad.gif

more tempted with the core i5 with turbo boost thing. but the only thing i wonder is would it switch to its intel IGP when running on battery and switch to its ATI radeon when on AC. this is the laptop i am currently looking at. http://www.ncs.com.my/index.php?productID=1876

i dont think the i5 wont generate as much heat as the amd. i have another core 2 duo compaq cq40 series with igp. the temperature is 40 when idling. maximum 60 70 when high performance mode. consider ok already. core 3 duo t6600 45nm.

Maybe it's time for you to open it up and clean the fans inside.
