1) no injury seems from fighting....
2)the pale color on back part of the body, isit lighting, or real situation?
i think might be something happen during water change...

thats the real situation,not lighting.
the fin part looks a bit destroyed,resulting in unstable movement in water..

either during wc, this poor little fellow suk into the pipe, or suk into the filter inlet...

here my tank temperature 28-30, lighting is 11 watt

RCS is okay with 28 to 30c..maybe 30c will make them a lil uncomfortable...normally comfortable shrimps will tend to move alot...maybe try to decrease the temperature and see..and check ur water parameter??

from my experience..my cherries only hide when they are molting..pre and post...then other day they are happily chewing on moss....

maybe ur other fauna harassing them??

oh...26 -27c can make them comfortable....my cherries tank alaso around 26 to 27c but nowadays weather hot...increase one celcius...around 27-28c...lol...ur observed ur cherry come out at nite only?? :D

I got 2 kind of black neon tetra also had some injuries, 1 of them i bought is already like that, its gills had a bit torned reveal the inner flesh, still survived.

Another one, last time the whole body stuck inside a plastic mesh, manage to pull it out, but its get injures in the middle of the body leaving a mark there, still survived.

I think maybe you can try to keep monitor it first until its fin is recover, see does it still swimming unstable
