if budget call, get 1 3kg soil (since u getting small tank, should be enough)...
then get some bacter 100 powder, no need whole bottle, 1~2 spoon enough, if they din sell, go jit sin area there(i heard cheap)
if really cannot find, ask some from chuppy, i bet he willing to help so....
