Hi there
thanks for your info earlier. I fnally got my TP3. A white one with extra 2GB ram and Office home edition FREE!!! comes with McAfee trial for 3 mths... is this better than norton 360? So far, just trying to figure out how use all the features using the remote. Its fun so far.. but u have to use windows media player if u wan to use the remote to control playback. I have loads of movies in RM.. *sigh* anywy to convert these to formats tat windows will take? Also... i love to play karaoke.. but the media player cant access the audio pref using remote... anyone know where i can learn more about TP3 ? Thanks. BTW.. i got a replacemnet for the spoilt charger... even after 11 months of use... noquestions asked!!!! |

QUOTE(webwithoutwires @ May 31 2009, 04:42 PM) Hi there first of all, congratz on the purchase with aint bad free gift; and welcome to the VAIO thread.thanks for your info earlier. BTW.. i got a replacemnet for the spoilt charger... even after 11 months of use... noquestions asked!!!! i'll just answer to the questions i know. 1. McAfee Antivirus: This av works well, but since it just trial, i would opt for free usage for personal use. Avira is good substitution for available AV nowadays. i dislike Norton since its memory hogs. 2. About converting movies, im not sure, its all rely on your processor power. to convert from high quality to rm i wouldn't think it take times to convert unless you care much about the quality of the end file convert. sorry i cant help much for TP3..perhaps you need gone thoroughly the manual provided and some research on google about it. |

Normally when you buy the Z series they'll provide the soft cloth, keyboard size. It was included when I bought the latest Z series. But it doesnt matter, you can just get a good soft cloth and cut it according to the keyboard size and use it when its closed for a long time.

I went to SS KLCC today. Noticed that all Z series out of stock - not available. Think the new series (46 & 47) going to be out soon.
