Nothing great about Sony. Its just whether you like the brand or not. As for me I am a Sony man. So I go for it. There are other brands with better specs (Toshiba/HP etc) and cheaper in price. Its just Vaio!

I have used 3 Vaio. The first was V505 high end series. After usingt for two half years sold it for RM3500/- Bought at RM7988/-
Than comes the CR Devil. Bought RM4488/- sold after 6 months for RM3500/- rarelu used as I dont like the 14.1" screen and its weight.
Now the Z 36/J . Bought only last week and still getting to know it. I usage is very basic and I am not a specialist in thi
Finally, ones you use Vaio, you might not go for other brand. Somehow or rather you'll like it, for the design. LCD clarity, durability etc etc etc.

Normally when you buy the Z series they'll provide the soft cloth, keyboard size. It was included when I bought the latest Z series. But it doesnt matter, you can just get a good soft cloth and cut it according to the keyboard size and use it when its closed for a long time.

I went to SS KLCC today. Noticed that all Z series out of stock - not available. Think the new series (46 & 47) going to be out soon.

Congrats on your purchase. Where did you buy your machine? Just ask the guy to teach you about your doubts. Whats the price? Heard the price had dropped coz of Z46 already out in the market.
