Spent 2.5hours.......run for 65minutes despite stomach pain and once awhile left knee shock......good run (thks to Syd G) advice...I tweaked my speed to increase endurance. Burnt 703 calories just for thread mill.

spent another 1hr plus doing weight. My hands are now left in the gym. Cant feel much of them now.....

still sweating....cant weight my BF......will keep doing that without lookig back......will have lunch party later....

HIIT in an empty stomach, is that okay for an endo?
*
Skali you go pengsan, how? Do listen to your body. No harm trying....but if you start seeing stars, you should slow down.....

Today I am abit pariah.....Run lesser than normal....But just squeezed in some rowing and cycling to comfort myself......

I hope tomorrow, my body is fully recovered...I wanna run another 8km. nod.gif

Today, I talked to a fren 53yo fren....tried to motivate him to do more cardio for health sake. I think some info registered in his mind. Hopefully, he will start doing cardio and perhaps join me...... thumbup.gif

thanks, i guess i'll stick to incline walks on empty stomach

If you have heavy weight amd high body fat, I think it's okie to do fasted cardio. I did that during my 1-2 months. It works.

But now, I dont intend to lose any more mass, I have my breakkie and then wait for 45minutes before workout......

hopefully by end May, you dont look like Masai people.

very impressive workout. Do you think you are overkilling yourself? Muscle fatigue? you may wanna pop adequate protein to enhance recovery.

I prefer DB benchpress too as compared to barbell.......can see the blardee left hand shake like granny knee............

Registration for this challenge is NOW CLOSED. I made an exception to include redninja and King83.

I dont do Hiit. I dont encourage overweight people to do Hiit. The risk to get injury is high.

I will do extended cardio.

Today is a good day. Didnt bother to touch the weight. I did a 8.3k run.

I put up a closing date for easy management purpose......Hopefully this thread can motivate all the 18 members here to put up a great fight.....burn the damn fat.....

to lose fat more effectively, cardio is the best choice...be it Hiit or Liss......cardio can be running, crosstrainer, cycling, rowing, climbing, skipping rope, jumping jack, burpees, etc......let me tell you this...the more you do, and if you feel lighter, the more you wanna do it next time.....yeah..you also need to sleep more so that you can workout more.

Stay motivated and be objective orientated...Go achieve your goal.

Where is SA? South Africa or Setia Alam......

sorry man, the reigstration is officially closed. perhaps you can join in the May edition......but for now, keep them burning...the fat....

How do you know you lost 3kg of muscle mass or body fat?

Badutman - did anyone look at you like a clown....speed up, slow down, catch breath, wipe sweat....and then speed up again......

sekejap cepat sekejap perlahan,
bintang2 menjelma badan pun tak tahan,
jantung berdebap sambil jerit gua tak tahan,
konon-nya semua nak badan Lindsey Lohan.

p/s: the above is for motivation and leisure purpose. it is not meant to pinpoint badutman or HIit or any of the FATSO challengers.....hehehe

Sometimes i feel u guys are being too.... technical...
you guys are champions when it comes to finding new names of exercises and acronyms...

end of the day, you don't need no fancy equipment like HRM (woot, acronyms).... as long as you run ur hardest, that is your Max heart rate.... all u need to know.

Sometimes u guys should just stfu and run...
too much reading, too little execution.
*
King 83 - Why not you tell the same thing to technical people like darklight, pizzaboy, John91, JonYeap that their BB knowledge is too technical....just lift heavy and stfu (like what you mentioned it to us).

I find that you are getting silly and annoying by working hard without understanding the science part of it. You think by running hard can burn affective as running at steady state.

Reading and executing are two different items. When one knows more, he/she knows how to execute accordingly.

that's the whole intention...while we are doing weight loss management or toning muscle, we have life....we have family....we have to live happily....heheh rclxm9.gif

life is NEVER an one way street. sometimes, you reach a T-junction whereby one has to make decision based on available information (may not be adequate).....but based on intuition, he/she will still have to make a turn......

wait till you reach a round-about.....

picking up more information along the journey is splendid, you can digest them, filter them and dump it away (if deemed useless)........

When we talk about HRM reading, we want our training to be in the fat burning zone....normally it fall between 65-75% of maximum heart rate. We also need to calculate one's maximum heart rate based on age and also the current resting heart rate (RHR).

At fat burning zone, it's more effective in burrning fat. Anything above that will not burn fat as effective though it may burn more calories.....

if you dont know, please ask. we will share.
if you know, please share with us, we wanna hear your view.
and please dont ask her to stfu and run harder. It aint make you a better person by doing so.

I hope you see my comment positively and stay focus.
Is that too technical to comprehend?

I keep a very strict diet of very low carbo else I can't lose weight. It's different from person to person.
*
if you happen to wallop alot more carb than normal, please go do some weight.....carry bricks or dumbbell....build some muscle so that metablism rate will increase.......

weight is not just for man......and dont worry to much that it's harder to lose the muscle next time......when come next time, we have other venom to treat them......we will go running at extended period .........to burn fat cum mass....... tongue.gif
