too much cardio is actually bad for the body...it cause the body to build up stress hormones and hence difficult to lose fat.
I dont know how to convert. my muscle mass increase abit....My BF dropped by 0.5%. My weight dropped 2kg.
I am cardioing quite alot. 4times a week....each time is about 45-65minutes on weight, I am increasing the weightage rather the reps......will see how....
damn frustrated to see such numbers.........it make me angry and tend to work harder.....cilakak......

High maintenance, and bodybuilding is not something that I'm really serious into like going for some competition. If you ask the people here, how many of you can do this for life, taking whey protein and other supplements. They can't really answer.
I tend to agree with you....but then, you prove it that diet with more protein can go a good job...i.e. more toned up shape rather than a more scuptured body.......I believe toning naturally can last longer.......
