Sugar n Xavi, last few days I went to Dr Jenny and she recommend me Revolution and yes it is for cats and dogs but it also can be use for piggies but it have to be given according to their weight...I really dun get to see the medicine...cos Dr jenny was very busy the other day and a few piggies waiting for her too...So i am not sure how the tube look like...all i know it is same way i put advantages. This medicine is for flea, mites and a few other stuff but i forgot already...sorry sweat.gif my piggies skin was affected by the mites that got flaky stuff around the eyes...and mites everywhere around the body and face...pity seeing them less active and they dun eat much...

After the medicine, I dun see any black spots on their body now...as Dr Jenny said the mite eventually will die...this medicine is for cure and prevention and it can tahan for a month....she told me most GPs owners that using wood shavings will have mites on their gps...which i find it quite true cos last time i am using breeder celect but cos it is expensive so i change to wood shaving...When using the breeder celect the mites no so serious got la...but not until everywhere lo...once i put the wood shaving the mites seem out of control...in fact Mites can survive in the wood shaving...So she ask me to change it immediately...so now at the moment i am using the bathroom mat and towel...but both of them korek tunnel and hide under the towel.... rclxub.gif layer with newspaper they also terbalik it and make tunnel....DBKL Gps...now they are huge and strong(without mites) They are trying to terbalik the bathroom mat...Aiyor...want to be heroin pula...later penyet susah...so need to supervise them lo...the older ur gp the wiser they become and the more kerenah they show to you...

One funny stuff happen to me today...they are complaining to me...as if i understand them...i was touching them and telling them my problems...and both of them just stay there listen and after I finished talking they pula talking and in fact is to me....both of them...I also dunno want to laugh or cry...anyway they cheer me up alot after tat~~ whistling.gif wub.gif
Oh ya the price is RM35 for two piggies...and consutation is RM12 so altogether RM47 lor...still can affort la...smile.gif

Yesterday one of my pregnant Abby sows gave birth to 4 healthy babies.  One baby is very unique in color, agouti mix with brown color.  Actually that pregnant sow was already 1 yr 3 months old and it was her 1st pregnancy.  I am glad that she had no complication in delivery at all.  4 babies is the most in my record history I ever had in 1 sow.  Will post up the babies picture later.

Here are my new batch of babies.

hi guys, its me again.

Yes, i have finally bonded wit my GP! She is nw purring whenever i 'sayang' her. I think de reason for our fast bonding is because i put her on my chest@tummy while talking n 'sayang' her. she just love it! she will stay very still n looked all relaxed, laying down.

here r her photos n of coz thanks to gchin_st for being such a gud breeder!

Oh ya, her name is Ba Bak btw...

I've found out my guinea pig about 2 month old, his chin is always wet. I'm not sure is it is he playing with the water nozzle or what problem. My friend told me her ex-gp also have this symptoms before they die. I'm quite worried... Does I need to bring him to vet?

Drooling as sign of overgrown teeth. Basically they cant close their mouth properly. It will soon affect their eating habit, thus leading to death.

Bring it to vet right away, for checkup.

Yes they can be trained. They can be released with supervision. But never to be left alone.

Hard to say...it depends on your luck...some says 3-4 months old, but based on my own experience, all my sow GPs are ready to mate only at the age of like 6-13 months of age.

You need to put the litter tray inside the cage, then everyday pick up its poo inside the tray, then your GP will understand that after some times.

4 months onwards is safe.. and not too late over 9 months coz their pelvic bones starts to set in.. labour will be slightly difficult.
