Thanks for ur info....Luckily i din use wood shaving,i use fleece..hehe..cuz i worry they will eat the wood shaving...but mostly i will cover their bedding wif towel/bath map...It will b more save for their lovely cute leg..hehe laugh.gif

but unfortunately her partner Bobo died earlier this year due to stroke *just a guess cos it was sudden death*

Tell u guys, seeing it live with Emino at the store, is like looking at a miniature lamb, hence i suggested him naming it LAMB!! wub.gif

Emino really heed my suggestion!! GOOD JOB!! Now that's how we make people jealous!! WAKAKAKAKAKA.. Gila d..

There are other GPs, look like Texel? Actually the GP Breed makes me crazy.. Tricolored mostly and not so nice markings n colours..

This LAMB CHOP, really stand out from the rest!

KELVIN: I think you're right about him being a Rex, not Teddy.

The Rex is one of the largest breeds of guinea pig and is noted for its cuddly and affable nature. The fur is coarse and wire-like and the whiskers are crinkly. The Rex breed is often confused with the Teddy breed as they look very similar with their plush fur type. There are methods of telling them apart however; the Rex will have crinkly whiskers while the Teddy has whiskers that are longer and straighter, and the fur on a Rex is far more coarse to the touch than that of the Teddy.

The Teddy guinea pig is bred to have the fluffy and cuddly characteristics of a teddy bear. Teddies look similar to the Rex breed, but their fur is soft and fluffy while the Rex has coarse and fuzzy fur. In the USA the Teddy is sometimes referred to as the Rex, and there is some debate over whether the Teddy and the Rex are from the same breed.

Unique...and really looks like a little ba ba black sheep.

Yesterday one of my pregnant Abby sows gave birth to 4 healthy babies. One baby is very unique in color, agouti mix with brown color. Actually that pregnant sow was already 1 yr 3 months old and it was her 1st pregnancy. I am glad that she had no complication in delivery at all. 4 babies is the most in my record history I ever had in 1 sow. Will post up the babies picture later.

This is really sad.. and the most saddening part is also.. the vet might have not diagnosed it properly. Blood in poo isnt something to be taken lightly. Yes mites can lead to GPs being sick.. but most likely will not lead to blood in poo! RIP... you might have taken her a little late too sad.gif

Isolate already since Lamb is a male.

Will bring him to vet if i can find the namecard of a nearby small animal vet. Got his card last pets expo.

If cant find it will probably go to Dr. Jenny.

Btw, SCC, the mini LAMB, the fur really is coarse! And if u look closer to the fur, all are not str8.. Wiry Wiry inclusing the whiskers.. Pelik tol breed nih...
