just upgraded the newest version of firmware, so far still found nothing updated. anyway... no harm to upgrade coz i previous firmware is not so good too. thinking to hard reset by this weekend. the dictionary software will still be there after reset?

Try E71 live dummy at Nokia Centre. Experience the device on your hand before buy it. If you don't get into E71 much, you can go for E63. Cheaper yo.

Lala u didn even mention wat is ur problem...if u r here jus to ask for ahem guidance. I think google might be a better place..

hmmm....trying to update my nokia pc suite now, keep getting download fail error and i realise the download is slow.....something wrong with the nokia server? coz my office internet is super fast.

i'm also doing the update now, try few times only successful download, now is 93%, hope can finish this time..

finally, successful update, but don't know what was improve..discover later..

i updated via NSU..now my phone is showing 300.21.012..

Updating firmware through NSU.

Current : 200.21.118
Update : 300.21.012

Hope it update flawlessly else need to visit authorized dealer to fix if it went bonker's

hmm.....which version of NSU are you using? i restarted the NSU a few times, it keeps showing my current firmware as the latest one. didn't show the 300.21.012
