hi, i hope this is the suitable topic that fit my problem. hope that all sifu here are keen to help ya. the problem is, everytime i want to sync application or music photo or others into my iphone, at the end of the sync process, it will said like this-

itune cannot sync photos to iphone because the folder 'creative events solution profile(color)_aug' cannot be found.

realy hope to solve this problem as i cannot sync and thats mean i could not install application into my iphone. thanks..

can you try to synchronise one photo album (with one picture inside) first?

yeah, ive tried it. now, the problem persist, but the message pop-up differ. realy tired trying to figured out whats wrong with my iphone. hope you can help ya..

one more, is it possible to restore my iphone without it to be locked again?

my iphone firmware version is 3.0.

and im afraid if i restore it it will be update to ver 3.1..

no, i didnt have apple ID and is it realy necessary? coz, my iphone is unlock one. sorry, i realy dont have any idea right now. plus, my friend could sync his iphone with itunes without authorize it..

well obviously you are using pirated apps then. because you need an apple ID to purchase (both free or not) apps

buy them if you wanna use them.

I have following problem with my recent update to 3.1.2. The albums in my Photos are no longer sync with my iPhone 3GS 3.1.2. For example, in my iPhoto I have 31 albums which have to sync with my iPhone thru iTunes but after synced, there are only 26 albums in my iPhone. There is no error message during the sync. I have reset all setting, off my phone etc.

Please advise. Thank you.

Probably the images on your other 5 albums, are not supported by the iPhone.

Or you did not tick it to sync with the iPhone.

The images are in iPhoto and previously I have synced many times since iPhone 1st Gen and I have ticked the albums in iTunes.

im sorry to bug you guys again..i was wrong about the Consolidate Track thingy..the Consolidate Track function is to create a folder under iTunes default folder. Whether you kept your files from your own folder, it will create new folder under iTunes default folder that is My Document/My Music/iTunes folder..whenever you consolidate the files/track. I'm so deeply sorry for mis-intepreted this.

But however i've found the answer..this one is confirmed. My issue was how to categorized the videos under one main album/folder. for example : 24 episodes / videos under one main album/folder : Prison Break. Make sure that all the videos are park under same album or show. the list of episodes must be above 2 vids. that's just it. if you sync only 2 videos it will not park under one album. it must be 3 videos and above. Thanks

Any software recommend to convert avi files to mpeg4 or h.264 file so that it is playable on iphone?

I just signed up for a new US account (used msia acc before this). then i login using this new US account and connected my iphone to itunes(on another computer, not the one im using all the time), and i don't know how to transfer my apps from iphone to itunes. i cannot use sync coz it will erase all my apps on iphone as my itunes apps is empty. i can't download any apps from itunes store using this computer and US account to sync with my iphone as well i will lose all my apps and only new app will be installed. anyone please helpppp?????

libraries can only be synced with a single PC

i.e. you have 3 PCs, called A, B, C

You can do..

A - Music
B - Videos
C - Apps, Podcasts

PC A and B cannot sync Apps (doesnt matter if apps are from 2 different iTunes accounts)

There is 1 option.. which is a hack of sorts
Copy iTunes App folder from PC C to PC A, and change the library ID
I read about it b4, but never tried, so can google and see

In Itune...Where u see your ihone device on LHS.. Right click on it, and click transfer purchase.... U are done..I just formated my PC with fresh Itunes9 installed.. That is how i did it. I have 2 accuonts as well, a US & MAS account..

my iphone is jailbroken. i've tried transfer purchase but can't be done, it stops after 3 seconds i guess its failed.

btw, this problem is due to account or different pc?
