I'm not sure about photos in camera roll; but you better make a backup yourself, as they can be easily copied out from the phone.
And, it will be very difficult to copy music/photo/video out from iPhone, as they are all separated and stored in random folder with random names.
You can try use iFunBox, there's a function to search for music files in your iPhone.
Photos are all stored in \var\mobile\Media\Photos\Thumbs\
Videos are all stored in \var\mobile\Media\Photos\Videos\

Does anything know what I can do to fix my app folders showing up in my iphone but when connected to itunes, the app folders are not available. They apps are just scattered.

i found a solution for this. my old hdd just died and i reinstall new itunes in my notebook. when i connect iphone, select apps same things happen. itunes ask to delete all apps in my iphone and replace with the one in itunes.

1. backup iphone
2. transfer purchase to itunes
3. sync - warning came out. click ok. then select all the new apps that u have not sync before.
4. when it start sync u will see that ur phone screen which is the updated folder and ur arrangement all there in itunes. quickly click "x" at the sync status bar to stop the sync process.
5. close itunes and it will ask u to update sync. click ok.
6. reopen itunes and see that it arrangement and folder is there

Click on "iTunes store" on the left side of iTunes.
To Change the country iTunes store click on the flag at the bottom and click on the flag for your country. After selecting your country, follow step by step on the front page on how to get free iTunes account.

I uploaded photo using itunes by sync from folder. But I had a problem.

Last time I uploaded folder A into Iphone. So now I wanna upload folder B. Once I sync, why my folder A is missing and only left Folder B? Don't tell me everytime I upload photo to iphone, i need click all the folder and sync it back together?

Yes you get it right.
Every time you sync it will make your iPhone library same as your iTunes library (which you've checked to be synced).
That's why it's called sync not transfer.

Guys and Girls, I have an iPhone 4 which has synced with a laptop such as my iPhone Apps, Songs, Videos, and now I'm going to format my laptop, so should I do anything to the laptop's iTunes? If I'm not mistaken when last time I have an iPod which had been synced to a laptop and when I did the format for the laptop then when I try to connect my iPod to the newly installed iTunes, it prompted an error message saying that my iPod need to be format and re-synced, but it was back years ago. So I would really like to know what should I do first now before I format my laptop, so that my data and apps wouldn't lost. Thank You

I recently updated my phone OS from 4.0 to 4.2 using my office pc. I did click "Back Up" or something like that before updating the os. Does it back up to the pc or in the itunes server? And what does back up means? My photos, videos, songs etc will be backed up onto the pc? Thanks!

Is there any way that I can sync my iPhone with different computer? This is because when I got my phone, the only comp that I can access to is my netbook. But now since I have my desktop again, I want to use the iTunes in the desktop as my main computer.

However when I want to sync to the desktop, there is a warning message telling it will wipe out all the data.

Shame on me, after more than four months I own the iPhone, I am just successfully created an US accounts. The reason I fail in these four months is simply I do not put a tick on "Mr" in front of my name. Anyway now I have an US accounts.
