i tested master league yesterday night,what i would said is freaking awesome.
what sean mentioned is true, CL and Europa league are now integrated in ML.
in pes 2009, ML can only allow 4 diff leagues, but 2010 can let, french league, la liga, seria A, dutch league, others europe teams total like 6-7 league in the same time. means you could meet more teams in ML mode.

moreover, calendar is now actual date, real currency for transfer. and you could hire scout, doctor, coach & etc.
scout will probably help you to handle the negotiations on transfer(it's more easier to nego with players compare with winning 09)

and youth player mode is new feature on ML too....but it seems worthless added features for me.....because most of them is ML default players...

last word, i think ML mode itself already can drag most of your time on pes/winning 2010.

yet have time to try on online mode yet,will update you guys on that later tonight
