They are currently one of the website who post quiet latest news regarding WE/PES2010

According to their correspondent to Konami staff, the online part of WE/PES 2010 will be a overhaul from the previous and guarantee of smooth & lag free online play.

Let see whether Konami can deliver their promise this time or not...

- online play already been mentioned many times by the producer that it will drastically improve and overhaul from previous title. Hope this time they really deliver their promise.

- As Nakata said in real football life diving in penalty box will defenitely punish with straight yellow card (serious offence ma). But outside of box sometime if it is in good timing, you wont be show yellow card, instead you are awarded with free kick (it really depend on luck and timing, you can try in We2009, sometime it work )

- 10 VS 10 online. This is the one i also hope they can implement, especially for Legends mode. Then it will be truly awesome!

- More major club will definitely add in to the latest title, just dont know how many new team. But dont put high hope on EPL team licensed coz EA sport has been secure the license of EPL in Fifa for few years However, it still can be resolve by editing to resemble even more closely with real life jersey (Konami must add in more edit option in jersey)

- haha, hope they can allow us to edit coach/ manager outlook in the latest title. Again is a good add-on if they implement it.

- in real life football, late tackle, or tackle from behind is immediately show red card. So i think it is ok to remain it. I see nothing wrong with this current rule.

Reaaly hope they can deliver their promise this time.

Then it will bring back the glory moment of WE/PES, and those FIFA fanboy wont be bragging how good they are

but err..that remove jersey one looks like a bit impossible, haha

Gameplay wise WE series is always good so I'm not so worry about that.

What I really hope is their online play is smooth and lag-free

i guess the reason why you prefer WE then FIFA is becoz of its "individuality" gameplay.

When i play Fifa i feel all players are the same, nothing to differentiate between a midfielder and a defender. But when i play Winning, i can feel that some players are dribbling in fast pace but not good in passing (i.e. Wilcott) , some players are good in creating chance but his scoring percentage is low (i.e. Fabregas) , some players you just give them one opportunity and they will grab it and score (i.e. Drogba) and etc.

That made Winning more identical and its gameplay is much more fun. And everytime i score the goal in different manner and i feel really satisfy on that. Unlike Fifa, just dribbling and shoot can score already, and everyone stats are just the same, you can even use a defender to score without mercy. I dont feel any satisfaction even i win 5-0 or 6-0..

Yes Fifa may have all licensing kits, but for me gameplay matters.

Both PES and WE is the same game. The only diffrent is PES is for R1 & R2 copy, whilst WE is for R3.

for europe distrubution, konami use PES name. For asia distribution they use WE name.

ok back to topic. If PES is going to release somewhere around October then WE normally will take 1 month later which is November to be release (based on previous tradition).

I hope this time it is a simultaneous release but i doubt it

Anyone got any news on release date of WE2010?

A more details on how the new gameplan tactics and sliders works (take note that the graphic and animation is still 50% build, it's a coherent from the previous game developer video and they just release now)

PES & WE is the same. PES = Europe/UK distribution. WE = Asia distribution.

still no news on whether PES & WE will release simultaneously or not.

but based on tradition, WE normally release later than PES...i hope Konami can release both at the same time

But some how i also hope PES can release first then only WE so that the previous can be a genuine pig for WE to fix its minor bug/ update latest transfer
